Very good quality
These are Christmas gifts for great grand children. The size is good, not too heavy and they will be a fun way for the boys to save $ in. Looks like an easy and excesable opening if needed. The workmanship is great and the light oak stain color gives them a nice finished look. I really like the professional etched names on each of the banks and the smooth rounded corners. To me a lot of time, consistency and consideration were taken to make these a great gift idea.Elaine M

*edited* Both banks arrived damaged one worse than other
*edited*After much back and forth with the supplier, they are resolving the concerns. They suggest the banks were damaged in shipping. They were well packed(doubled layed in bubble wrap and in a well fitting box. Accidents do happen).They are sending replacement plexiglass to correct the flaws upon receipt, this will also give me the opportunity to correct the minor splitting of wood which occured.Customer service was good. They are resolving the issue which I appreciate hence editing the review, I’d give 4.5 if I could mostly due to the annoyance of having the product fixed.So 4.5 â review nowI order 2 of these for my children.They arrived within the shipping time frame which was nice.However upon opening the first box the disappointment began.Almost all of the screws placed have cracked the plexiglass and there is a LARGE split in the wood at the top of the bank at the opening for the currency goes in.The other bank is less damaged however it appears as though it was not sanded well and there is a large section about 2 inches long where it is very very rough and if played with (these are not intended for play but they are for children) could cause a splinter. Only 2 screws on the second have cracked the plexiglass. Over all they are cute, the engraving on the back is nicer than the pooly cut vinyl names on the front.I’m disappointed in the cost to received product. I will take this as a learning lesson on custom purchases on Amazon. Should have found a small business and possibly spent a bit more money on a better quality product.

My grandson loves this bank! You do have to remove all of the little screws to get the money out. We haven’t had to do that yet.
