â¤ï¸Game changer ð
Letâs get one star review reasons outta the way and why you wonât have these issues â¦1- directions say for a reason, do NOT leave the handle on the pot while on the hot burner cooking food. Remove the handle until time to remove the pot. Or use during cooking process, like for frying eggs. These handles are NOT designed to remain attached to the pot. Walk away. Overheat. They are meant to drop the pot off and pick it up. Unless frying eggs or roasting veggies, making pancakes, etc.If youâre making sauce and need to leave the pot on the stove for a while remove the handle.2- do NOT use a Brillo pad or any other cleaning solution thatâs scratch the bottom or inside. Ever. Try this instead ⦠clean with dawn first. Itâll remove the greasy stuff. A scrub daddy is helpful. Sprinkle baking powder on the bottom and spray white vinegar on the BP for a fizzy solution. Or, for tough to remove stains on the bottom, line the largest pan with a plastic bag. Add white vinegar. Dip the smaller pans backside into the white vinegar and leave it. Walk away. Do whatever. Later come back and wipe with a scrub daddy or similar. They make dish rags with a side thatâs acrylic mesh that works great, too. This is also helpful to remove old paint and rust off cast iron.3- repurpose the charcoal covered dividers included in shipping for the pans when stored. Can prevent a scuff in the pot.4- use non metal utensils inside the pots. These are not solid granite. The interior between the granite is aluminum. Treat the pots kind and they last a lifetime is the goal. Now to the wow factor, for me:1- space saving on steroids. Bought a vintage property from 1900 for an office and community space. Back then builders made everything small, cabinets and closets if they even built these in. With this set I am able store all cookware and then some next to the stove. Rather than sprawled out in three locations.2- as a former chef since attending chef school to work in restaurants since high school and now a creator of recipes for a local donation community garden group have decades of experience with pans and pots in all types of scenarios. These pots are a wonderful mid range quality cook set. For the apartment dweller to a minimalist homeowner with a family ⦠this is a wonderful addition to the kitchen. In terms of durability, if you take care of this set itâll work well for years. Not sure about you, but Iâve accidentally left a pan on the stove too long and burn stuff. Maybe everyone does this once in their life.I donât know how the granite will hold up. Iâve looked at some pictures and it appears some people had overheated the pan a few times. This can impact and ruin high end kitchen equipment. My other set is about ten years old and held up very well to oops moments. Though is a space hog. Since I have all types from large stock pot to huge to small lids that arenât all used often will store the stock pots, etc in the basement and bring up as needed. Donate the others to someone in need. This said, if itâs not cast iron where you can renew and retreat the pan or griddle ⦠this set will do well IF itâs cared for and should an oopsy moment happen, so be it. Suck it up and accept the outcome. Donât blame the maker. One solution to concern for this, keep the most used pot from the old set as a mainstay. This way if a woops happens itâll happen with this pot and not the fit kit that tucks away like a treasure.Oh my goodness, who doesnât need a storage lid to cover a pot from time to time for the fridge? ðð¼If youâre making homemade soup or sauce or whatever that needs to marinate, this pot set is the ticket to less fuss and quicker turn over.Toss the ingredients in. Cook. Cool. Transfer with storage lid to fridge. Next day, put pot filled with yummy goodness on stove. Advice, allow pot to warm to room temperature before firing up the stove. Then, turn on the heat. Why wait until the ingredients warm before turning on the stove? The reaction is less drastic. Consider adding a 40 degree cold pot to an open flame and see what happens. Not pretty. My suggestion, take the pot out the night before bed or the next morning if needed for lunch. Or lunch time if needed for dinner. No, mold and food born illness wonât result if the food is allowed to self warm. But do not do this for more than bed to breakfast or an afternoon. Then, yes, youâll be inviting a habit that can cause food to become moldy, etc. When removing from the fridge, remove the storage lid. Top with the cook-wear lid. This will help prevent moisture condensation issues. That do lead to bacteria.I have not gotten sick to died doing this. If properly stored itâll properly self warm to help. You can always dump the ingredients into a different pan right outta the fridge.Though make sure to add a little bit of water since storage dehydrates food a bit. This will help with reheating. Though since itâs super cold at the moment start with a low heat. Stir often until it reaches room temperature to prevent sticking, burning, and damaging the pan.Once the food is like warm throughout turn up the heat then. But donât forget to set the stove timer if youâre leaving the room. Plus, timers where ever youâll be.I know Iâm not the only one who needs a timer reminder ð If you are a rare gem of a perfect cook God continue to bless your memory. For most of us, âSquirrelâ moments are a part of life. Kids, phone calls, whatever it might be, the goal is to protect the integrity of our beautiful pot set at all times. In regard to burn resistance, this last suggestion covers one aspect. Another, as mentioned earlier, do not step away while cooking. If you do, use Alexa to remind you to return tot he kitchen in less time then the food will be ready.I do not carry my phone everywhere. If you do, use the timer. AND set the stove timer. If youâre in another room with Alexa wonât hear it so asked Alexa to remind you. If you forget to set any other timer the stove top timer will help ⦠since the pan is already burned at least youâve not burned down the house ðThe handles remind me of how vintage Blue Cornflower Corningware did their pans. Iâve got a removable handle for mine I bought off eBay to add to the set bought in pieces over the years. Why own every pan with a handle when one works just fine for all.Havenât had this set long or used a bunch. But my experience dealing with all sorts of pans and pots made of various materials over the years from a chef kitchen in a restaurant to high and low end home kitchen sets feel qualified to make recommendations based off of one star reviews and my experience.Itâs not Amazon or the companies fault when we do not follow directions to prevent issues. Since some of my ideas arenât listed Hope they help to potential user.A combo of cast iron and this pretty kitchen kit are a perfect kitchen set up for anyone, imo. Whether rich, poor, or somewhere in between. Recommend giving this cookware a shot. When I cleaned out three cabinets of pots and sat this set all cuddled up into the foot wide cabinet next to the stove about cried. My eyes welled up a little.Simplifying this kitchen was difficult. As Iâm someone who enjoys cooking with good gear. But dislike the room it took up. Cluttered.I tried hanging pots. Under counter and a combo of two. Used the inside of the oven. And so on.Nothing compares to the simplicity of this kitchen dream kit. I can stand in one spot, just like my chef days, grab and go with meals. Rather then go here and there and everywhere in the kitchen to retrieve then replace upon washing lots of pans.Best of all, everything fits in the small dishwasher. Vintage property redesign to add a full size dishwasher is not worth the hassle, for me. Enjoy the half size option but the limited space means only two pots fit from my pervious set.It uses less water than hand washing and doubles as a dish drain, as needed. Now, with this pot set the cleaning following meals is easy peasy. The price was perfect. Comparing a few similar sets found this one had better reviews and materials. The seasonal sale was helpful, too.Hope this review and ideas is helpful to your shopping for a replacement or first time pot purchase.âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸ð¯

NOTHING STICKS!
After trying a lot of the expensive ceramic TV advertised pans that failed with stuck on food after weeks, I decided to try this granite set. I’ve been using them for several months and they have performed beyond what I hoped for. I use them on a gas stove daily. They clean easier than any other type pan I’ve had before. I’m impressed there’s still no sticking. The bottoms of my pans have not changed colors as others have mentioned. It is suggested not to cook continuously with the handles left on, but so far I’ve had no problems. I think removeable handles, especially for storage, is an ingenious idea! The quality is excellent. The pot protectors are a nice addition, heavy duty. I LOVE THESE!

Skepticism just flew out the window!!!
This is the handiest cookware you can ever purchase, and it’s also great to cook with! I have a small kitchen with limited cabinet space. This cookware stacks together, leaving room for other things. Easy cleanup, non-stick surface is fantastic. All this and detachable well made sturdy handles! I absolutely love that.

Great purchase!
I bought this set a month or two ago and fell in love as soon as I got them. They’re beautiful, sturdy, the heat distribution is an 8 out of 10 for me only because of my small studio stove I think lol, I really love the fact that storing them saves a lot of space and the handles are my favorite part of the set. I plan on buying another couple sets so I can have them match. I’m not sure about the scratch resistant part ywt because I’ve recently started using them about 3 weeks and I use non metal utensils.

Great Pot set
I can transfer any dish from stovetop to the oven. The take off handles are very convenient, but my only con is the lids came with only one screw for one pot top. I had to find another screw for the second lid.

Detachable Handles are a game changer
I was skeptical to say the least when I ordered it but when it arrived I knew I had made a correct decision! My wife ABSOLUTELY LOVES the set. The easy to clean, the ability to store leftovers in the fridge and no handles in the way! Ease of use and multi functionality of these are just Incredible! Well worth the $$$. Would def buy again or recommend to anyone!

Love These!
We bought these a few months ago and use at least one a day. The pots and pans are TRULY nonstick, my bf accidentally tested that out by burning Velveeta to one of them, and they are so easy to clean. The handles have also held up extremely well. The ONLY downside to this set is that the handle is heavier than the smallest pan so it tips over if you leave the handle on it while cooking.
