Adjustable
Has three parts – the Makita battery adapter (which batteries slide into well and snap in firmly – no wiggle), a wire quick-connect clip, and a 12v car female adapter (for use with 12v accessories and such). On the side of the battery adapter there’s a screw you can use to adjust the output voltage (the current output voltage shows on the top of the adapter on a small display), and there’s also a power switch on the front of the adapter. The screw lets you adjust it from roughly 5v to roughly 13v. From what I’ve found most 12v items are rather flexible on the voltage, so don’t be too worried about getting it exactly 12v (most car 12v ports are anywhere from 12-14v and sometimes spike much higher depending on engine activity or if your AC is turning on or off or such). So far it seems to work well with everything I’ve tried. How long your Makita battery lasts obviously depends on the draw, but they do have quite a few watt-hours for the size.

This is a awesome Makita batteries step down voltage adapter.
It has a dial on the side to adjust the voltage from 4.7 to over 13 volts. It’s very handy for testing parts and powering my 12 volt accessories. This is made very well and looks very durable yet it has a very affordable price and it’s easy to use. It plugs onto Makita type batteries for a great fit. Now I have a almost unlimited adjustable adapter to power my accessories.
