Works for caregivers or those of us with mobility issues
I couldn’t believe they called this a âbutt wiper” and âbutt wand”, but it cracks me up, so to speak. This is similar to what I’d had to use post-surgery, so it was a good idea to get this before the next one. This style works by holding a wad of TP which is ejected by pushing the button on the end. There’s a thin covering over the button and the TP holder that’s easier to clean than the old uncovered style, but might be thin enough to tear. I also wish there were a way to hang these rather than keeping it on the bath chair after cleaning. I do prefer this over struggling alone or having to have someone help without them using something like this.

An extra arm’s length to help
The device works well as long as you use enough toilet paper to secure it in the holes. It may take a few times to get it right but once you know how to attach the toilet paper, the extension works well doing what it was created to do.Easy to use and easy to clean. It provides great relief for those who need extra help wiping.

Helpful tool
This is a helpful tool for those of us getting older with mobility and reaching issues. Despite the instructions, it takes a bit of trial and error to figure out just how to use the wand. Once you get past the learning curve of the idea of how to use it, it’s a big help. It’s nice to have a 2 pack to have one ready for use at all times when the second wand is being sanitized.

Junk! junk! Junk!
First off these are from Temu! Secondly, they donât work. Youâre supposed to put the toilet paper in the little hole and press the button for a grip. The button does absolutely nothing. The grip doesnât hold it in place in the toilet paper falls off immediately. This product needs to be removed from Amazon. I canât believe itâs got any good reviews. This is an absolute waste of time having to drive it all the way back.

My husband is a big guy and has back problems. He recently confessed to me that sometimes wiping is painful and hard to do- but only because I point blank asked him.I ordered this tool for him and I took some time playing with it before giving it to him for review purposes.Does the device work? Yes. It works, and it works well. I don’t see any design flaws or weaknesses.I feel like this device should have a stand of its own. There is no strap or hole to put a strap on it. A person who needs this device isn’t going to be able to easily pick it up if it falls over.I also think that some elderly people may have some difficulty pushing the button on the end to release the paper unless they are able to stand the device up with the paper end in a trash bin and push down on the button thats on the end.This is a great device to help someone stay clean and I hope my review helps this device find its way to someone who needs it. It is a helpful device.

Works as promised, but covering over sharp TP gripper not likely to last
Yet another item on the old folk list of things I used to be able to do unassisted but having trouble with now. And it works fine so far, but I’m worried about for how long. The gripper inside that holds and releases the TP as needed seems to be fairly sharp under the outer rubber covering. This works fine for holding the TP, but I suspect the thin rubberized covering for safety and sanitary purposes will end up ripped or punctured after a fairly short time frame. I understand design can sometimes be a balancing act between functionality, cost, and durability. In this case, I think it came up just a bit short on the durability end. Providing a smoother gripper, or providing some added cushion to protect the outer sanitary cover from damage, was needed.

This Butt wiper tool is ingenious invention for people having trouble performing this task. It definitely has a learning curve but once you get it, it’s pretty easy to do. This would be a great item for anyone having troubles.

Very helpful toilet assistance tool 2 pack
This toilet assistance tool is awesome. It provides a long wipe assistant for those hard to reach places. It would be very effective for the person that is disabled, obese, or who has difficulty with bathroom hygiene. The length of the wipe stick is quite long for reaching, it is easy to use and very affordable. It is easy to clean as well. If you or a relative is in need of bathroom help, this would be a great help. This comes with two of them so more bang for your buck.
