A good heavy extension cord. Wanted it to connect from my generator to several things in my house during a power outage. Wanted a cord that was heavy enough to carry all 15 amps and this fit the bill. Also I wanted the cord a different color than orange so I knew it was for emergencies and not just one to gram for whatever. This fits the bill perfectly
