   Great camera/Great customer service
   Have had the Wosoda for over three years now and can tell you it is a great camera for the price ($37.00 on Amazon). Living in Iowa we get the four seasons to the extremes at times, hot summers, cold winters and everything in between. This camera is reliable and has held up perfectly. Very clear photos and videos. I had to contact customer service via email this past week. I was resetting some of the functions and disabled the “time/date” stamp. I received a timely response with clear instructions as how to fix the issue.I would highly recommend this camera to anyone looking for very good product at a more than reasonable price.

   Great camera quality/Great customer service
   I had a problem with the camera not turning on and the only light that would come on would be a pinkish color light and that is it, the display screen wouldn’t come on either, so I contacted WOSODA customer support and they are super nice and helpful, they ended up just sending me a new camera because they wasn’t able to fix the problem so they made it right. I love these cameras, great video quality, great photos and also really good sound quality also, really impressed with it that’s for sure. Will be buying some more here soon.

   Good pics. Good price. Great find.
   Bought one of these on a whim on sale to try it out. This cam has been out for over 2 months and been through some nasty storms we have had in the area. Works great. Pictures are clear (even pics of squirrels jumping around) day and night.I have mine set to medium sensitivity for motion detection and to take 2 30mp pics in succession in case 1 is blurry. Very easy to set up. Put a lock on it and no one can get to the card inside or pull the batteries.I use Duracell procell batteries and they are holding up excellent.Get a basic SD card and format it and your ready to get down to business!

   Excellent Customer Service
   Great value! Highly recommend!I’ve used this cam near a pond on my property as well as in the chicken coop. Image quality is good. Easy to swap out SD cards without taking the cam down. Batteries are SECURELY held in place, but I find that flipping the tray over and gently tapping it on the palm of my hand works for removing them. Make sure to use fresh, high quality Lithium batteries!Customer service is excellent! My set-up screen stopped working after about 6 months. I contacted WOSODA and had a new cam within a week! (I have had zero issues with my other WOSODA products.)

   Great support!
   I changed some of the factory settings which was a mistake that led to the camera taking a picture every 5 minutes whether motion was detected or not. I contacted customer service and Liya told me exactly what to do and it’s worked like it’s supposed to. Easy to use and good quality pics. Thank you Liya

   Stopped working after less than 10 days of use.
   Edit: I updated this from 1 star to 3 stars. The company reached out to me and made things right. It’s difficult to give it positives since it died so quickly, but here are a few. The features and modes were easy to use and set up. The photo and video were decent for the price. The sensor worked well while the camera was working. Now for the cons. It died after 10 uses. It started acting wonky after the 4th use. It changed settings on its own from 2-minute videos to 15 seconds videos. It only recorded daytime for 5th and 6th uses even though I did not change the settings, so I reset the camera modes and got 4 more night vision uses before the camera just died. It won’t turn on. I put fresh batteries in, still nothing. I used a chord to plug it in and it was still dead. I see other people had similar problems where the camera changed the settings on its own before completely going dead. So, if you only want a camera that will work for less than 2 weeks, this is the one for you. If you want to give it a try, buy the insurance. I won’t be buying this brand again.

   For the price, I’m not sure it could be beat
   I purchased this trail cam and have had it out in the woods for nearly two months. Not only was there still plenty of battery life left (I’m using Energizer Max), but it produced some really great images and videos. The images at night aren’t the best but I didn’t expect incredible night quality for the price.My only complaint is that after being out for a while, the time drifts about 10 minutes or so. It’s not the end of the world though and the company sent me a second one when I inquired about the drift since there isn’t any way to fix it.

   WORKS GREAT INITIALLY!
   UPDATE: I was contacted by the company anxious to right their wrong. They kindly sent me replacement cameras. The customer service was excellent! I don’t know about the new cameras yet.I love the camera initially. It takes great pictures daytime and nighttime. But about six months or less in the woods it starts “eating” batteries, having to put new ones in every few days. I get the black screen with the message in RED . . . . . LOW POWER, NO IR! The daytime pictures still work but it won’t take night pictures. Like a fool, I keep buying replacement cameras thinking it was just the camera. Wrong . . . . they ALL have done it. Such a disappointment! 🙁

   This product has a one year warranty. They made it to 1 year and 2 months lol. I purchased 2 because of the great price. Today I went to remove the SD card as I do every week, and noticed water inside the control door on one camera. It only seemed a drop which I figured might be condensation? It was dead, so I proceeded to eject the battery tray, it had much more water inside to the point the lower battery contacts had rusted. I checked the second camera to find the same water droplets but the batteries were still at half life, it just stopped taking pictures! The water inside was not expected. I did clean the contacts and replace the batteries in the worst of the 2 but to no avail. That camera is done for. These cameras are located away from direct exposure to rain in my backyard. The seals are still very clean and look functional; They have never been abused, dropped, and still look like new. How the water got in can be only speculation. I was able to get one of the 2 working, so…. now I am curious how long this one camera will still function.

    I have the camera for a year and I am using it very often and generaly very happy with the camera.The price for the camera is very good. The video quality and the motion sensor are great but I will improve 2 items :1- The strap locking bracket, as it is very hard to lock especially during winter time you have to strangle to insert the strap few times so this is not good.2-The SD card is hard to extract.
