40X-5000X Compound trinocular Microscopes
The solid construction instills trust in its endurance and ensures that it will last for a long time without sacrificing any of its practical applications. Because the trinocular design enables a smooth transition between visual observation and picture capture, it is well suited for use in educational settings, professional research settings, and simply for the purpose of satiating one’s own natural curiosity. This microscope strikes the ideal balance between high picture quality and a reasonable price, thanks to the use of a 5.0-megapixel camera. The camera produces excellent results, producing photos that are both clear and detailed of the specimens that are being analyzed. The software that is supplied makes it simple to upload photographs to a personal computer, which paves the way for additional examination as well as sharing with coworkers and friends. This microscope offers a genuinely remarkable variety of magnification settings, which is one of its many strengths. It can accommodate a wide variety of scientific requirements since it has a magnification range that goes from 40X to an astounding 5000X. When using this microscope, you will never miss an opportunity to see even the most minute of cellular structures or bigger microbes since it provides an exceptionally high level of magnification.

Great microscope that won’t break the bank!
The microscope was well packaged and came with everything you need to get started. It’s build quality is never nice. All metal construction with minimal plastic parts. Reminds me of the ones used in schools. All the touch points has a nice sturdy feel to it. It looks like a professional piece of lab equipment without the professional price. It was very easy to use and my kids couldn’t wait to get their hands on it so they can see all the microbes. Would definitely recommend.Update:After using it for s couple of weeks, parts just started to fall apart. Guess the quality isn’t as good as I thought it was. I ended up returning the product.

Loaded with extras, pretty good quality, good price.
More came than I would have hoped for. The case (I did not expect) was filled with quite an array of supplies, accessories, and equipment. A CD ROM and a thumb drive had software for activating the camera and viewing, took seconds to load on my PC. I am satisfied with the quality of the microscope, though there are some minor issues. The objects are not all focused at the same length, but are fairly close (par focus), and not quite in column (images are displaced laterally from one object to the next). The paper manual had some helpful information, but was 4 sheets of letter size and not great printing. I have a background in photographic darkroom and television camera maintenance, so I could navigate the issues with the optics. I read the review from the guy with the disappointed kid, and I suspect he could have benefited with help from somebody with optical knowledge. At these magnifications, depth of field is very thin. I have not tried the oil submersion lens, (100X). The camera is OK, but I doubt it is 5MP, though it is marked. There is a focus differential between what you see in the optics vs the camera, but easily adjusted. The listing said 240 V, but is USB powered, and specified Halogen lamp, but I suspect it is LED. There is not a whole lot of heat from the lamp, but is plenty bright. The slide for the gate for the path for the camera was stiff, but with some muscle it opened and I hope with time it will improve. The features are as listed, and fair quality, but then it didn’t cost thousands. My immediate interest is in botany and soils, as an amatuer. I just want to see enough to learn about soils formation and life in the ground. I would not recommend this for a high end lab, except maybe as a field scope. Measurements would be a challenge at best. The included specimen slides are way more than I would have expected, with 30 prepared and labeled samples to start you out. Tools, too numerous to mention were also a surprise. The eye pieces are marked 10X and 50X in what was supplied to me. My favorite slide is the house fly leg, with amazing detail, but also demonstrates the depth of field issues of microscopy. The vertical movement of the stage is a little stiff, but not as bad as the camera gate. These may be an issue of dried lubricant. The included software is pretty good, and allows for camera control and image manipulation. I plan to keep this item, it seems to be capable of doing what I need. I recommend it with slight reservations. If you need a high end name brand scope, you’re going to spend a boatload more. If you are curious about microscopy, I think this could fulfill that need. This is not my first scope, but is my first binocular scope. I still have my old one, and this one is much better. All in all, well done, for what it is.

Everything works as promised.Had this set up for photography and even video recording within minutes, with images/video displaying on a desk computer’s large monitor.I have 5 microscopes, including a professional/lab instrument that cost many times what this one cost … and I must say, for what you get and for what you can do with this instrument, it is a steal.Instructions could be more clear, but they were “normal” for such offshore-manufactured products.Well packaged and even came with a soft case for everything.Glad to have this one!

The product was to complicated to set up. I am searching for a less complicated system.
