PEUTIER 4pcs Door Jam Wedge for First Responders (Orange)
These door jam wedges come in a clear plastic case. It’s not a particularly durable-looking/feeling case, but when I accidentally dropped it on my foot, it didn’t crack or pop open, so there is that. These aren’t likely to need to spend much time in the case anyway; they are intended to be placed individually in tool/gear bags or pockets, hung near doors, etc.They fit comfortably around the edge of a typical residential interior door, to keep the door only slightly ajar. To keep the door open wider, or for thicker commercial doors, place it over one of the hinges instead. It does the job. Also note, I chose the bright orange color so that they are easier to see to remember to take them with you when you finish your work.

I purchased a set of these a while ago and they have since slowly disappeared. I bought 4 sets of these and will be dividing them up to go along with christmas gifts for my Police and Fire friends. They work on most doors that I have encountered and are definitely helpful for any door that locks itself. I would recommend every officer carry a couple of these, they are amazing when you need them.
