Disappointing Design
I own some Swedish made ski mittens that use the glove leash system and wanted to convert my other gloves to same. I was disappointed in the Trasylph attempt to produce a quality replacement. First the band is too narrow and not very stretchy. I do not like the velcro closures as the wrist band should be continuous with no closure required. Just try to improve on the Swedish design if you want to market a good product. I did however convert 2 pair of my other ski mittens to this leash system as it may be slightly better than the corded systems.

My daughter talked me into getting these glove straps even though they make me feel like a kid in a 1950’s movie.Now that I have tried them out I can really see the advantages for me when skiing. You are often pulling your gloves off to adjust boots, get chapstick whatever, and it will be good not to have to worry about where your gloves went, especially on the chairlift.I like these ones. The wrist velcro strap goes around my large wrist and gets about 75% of the velcro, more if I want to stretch the elastic. The piece that attaches to the glove is also elastic, the glove dangles fairly close to the wrist and will stretch further if necessary. Its a loop, so can be fastened to any glove strap or ring by doing a loopover. One weak point may be where the glove loop attaches to the velcro wrist strap. Its held by a single seam so could be tested by a hard yank if your loose glove got hooked somewhere.You get 4 in the package, good for 2 glove pairs. Interesting how what was once old is now new again.
