OW, IN A GOOD WAY….
These remind me of body weight squats because the first few seem so easy you think you can do them all day. You can’t. A small clock is included to assist in your torture, but the effect of this abdominal exercise comes early. First you feel lighter, can articulate the world better, then the physical effects start to take root (along with the occasional compliment if you play your cards right). The secret, I think, is that it ISN”T an abdominal exercise, or not exclusively at least. It’s a TOTAL CORE EXERCISE. You’re developing supporting muscles and complimentary muscles just as much as your abdominals. This makes it both harder and much more effective. PLUS, you limit the risk of injury by having, for example, strong abdominals but a weak lower back. This DECOMPRESSES YOUR SPINE each time you go back, and articulating the spine is central to all health and motion practices if you think about it. Definitely does a number on the spine, but also tightens everything else up and, most importantly, keeps everything firing in order. Well Done.

Ok but not my favorite
I wish I could say that I love this AB machine, but honestly, it’s just not my favorite. And trust me, I’ve tried a lot of exercise equipment. This is just ok, but it’s kind of flimsy and not really sturdy. I guess if I want great ABs I’ll just have to use the equipment at the gym – or do a lot of crunches. This is ok, but just ok.

Great workout
Some assemble required but real quick and easy to put together . Took me less than 10 minutes. Very sturdy and secure once assembled, folds for storage but still takes up a sex wt amount of room even when folded. Comes with a stop watch which is kind of useless. Would be better if it had a phone holder. Easy to use kneel on it and crunch, there is no way to adjust the resistance but itâs still a great workout. Highly recommend.

Average build quality
Machine was easy to assemble. After the third use, something popped on the machine while I was showing my adult son how to use it. It sounded like a weld broke but I cannot locate it.It stores easily behind my sofa. It’s a little on the loud size when in operation.

Doesn’t swivel
I specifically bought this because it said it swivels, but it does not. There’s nothing wrong with it, it was easy to put together, easy to use, isn’t heavy, folds up, it’s just not what I wanted.
