It works!
My Free Style Libre 3 sensors fell off every 3 to 9 days. I tried Tac wipes. A messy disaster. Out of desperation, I tried these. These are the only things keeping my sensors on for the 14 days. I wash and exfoliate my arm, letting dry well after. I prep the area with rubbing alcohol and let it dry. Afterwards. I put on my CGM, followed by the LexiCam adhesive patch. It’s worth the money. I will say it leaves a bit of a rash after removing, but that’s just my skin reacting to wearing adhesive for 2 weeks at a time. It’s a tradeoff I’m willing to accept to have the info from my CGM.

It stays on!
I love that this patch over cgm stays on when I was looking for one being new to cgm this is the only one I found where there is not a lot of reviews but almost all positive. Probably due to the price point not too many people ordered it. But my sanity is worth more that trying to save a few dollars. My first picture is day 1 and my second picture is day 9! It is vey thin and almost doesn’t feel like there’s a patch on your skin. I would recommend this product.

Really works!
This product really keeps the sensor from falling off. It was worth the purchase and was a good investment. I highly recommend purchasing these if you have trouble keeping your sensor on.

Does not stay on if your an active person
These things are horrible. I put one on this morning, went to the gym, and when i headed to the locker room it was already coming up around the edge, it came off like it had no adhesive at all. I didn’t even have a heavy workout, 20 min on the treadmill and 20 min of light lifting, decent sweat but not anything abnormal for a moderate workout. Really disappointing product. will be returning the rest for a refund as they do not match what they say they will do.

No hole in middle , easy on, easy off but stays put!
These are affordable and perform exactly as I need them to. Sometimes I do not want the sensor itself covered. Just an extension and protection of the adhesive ring that comes out from the base of the sensor. That’s when I go to these. Easy one hand application. You won’t need help. Keeps the adhesive edge around the sensor from coming up towards the last few days of wear. I have long curly hair that gets washed and conditioned daily, without these or a full cover the emollients in my hair care products weaken the adhesive. With these my sensors always last a full 14 days. Be aware, these are not meant to protect from hard bumps. You need a reusable cover of some sort under this or another cover tape for that kind of protection. These are sheer and light weight. I don’t even feel them there once they are on. Very hard to see it so unlike the decorative style tapes they don’t draw attention to the sensor. I’m not sensitive about the device being noticed by others but I don’t go out of my way to advertise either. The Libre 3 is especially sensitive to moisture and. heat, so these are great to keep the sensor adhered and still allow the sensor to breath since it is not covered over. The waterproof-ness is that it protects the adhesive backing edge from water loosening, NOT that it keeps water out of the sensor all together. Any water that gets in through the hole on top of the sensor will drain and evaporate out through the hole as will sweat just as the sensor is designed. Can’t guarentee for others, but I tend to be adhesive reactive and these have been just fine. No redness or blistering, no itching. They stay on and come off without taking skin when I want them to come off. They also do not take the sensor with them. I. recommend pressing downrightly on. the center of. the sensor as you remove this tape if you need to remove it before the sensor ends as it is stuck to the sensor. adhesive backing along the protruding edges. I have not had a problem, but why tempt fate?

Worked great at first, but overall, not bad!
In the beginning the cover worked great at protecting the adhesive on the sensor. After replacing it the third time the adhesive on the sensor began to lift and now some of it sticks out from under the cover. To be fair, the pictures show day seven out of fourteen, so that’s halfway through the sensor’s life. Not bad, I think if the hole the sensor fits through was just a tiny bit smaller it would be perfect! Overall I would recommend this product, at least for first time glucose monitor users like myself!

Stays really well!
TLDR: works great when you apply at same time as sensor, only mediocre after youâve had the sensor on for a while.I didnât get any photos of it as I just did two sensors diagnosticly, but the patch seriously helps. My first sensor started to come off after about a week so I got these patches and stuck one on. It didnât help much, but to be fair, it tells you to apply at the same time as the sensor. The white part surrounding the freestyle started to come out above the clear patch within a day or two, but it was already peeled up before I put on the clear patch. It still helped some; I think the sensor would have fully come off without the extra patch. For my second sensor, I put them both on at the same time. It worked much, much better. No peeling at all of the sensor. The edges of the patch had some lint, but that only got to be bothersome near the edge of the patch. It happens with the sensor alone, so if itâs going to happen regardless, I think itâs worth it to have the sensor actually stay on. It was actually kind of difficult to get both the patch and sensor off because the adhesive was still so strong. I couldnât get the residual stickyness off for a couple days, but maybe thatâs because Iâm just inexperienced with CGMs.Overall, it works really well, and doesnât cover the sensor at all, only the white adhesive surronding it (like freestyle says to do). Each patch comes in its own little bag, making it easy to take one with you. The paper on it before applying is similar to clear band-aids. Peel off one side so you can apply it, thereâs still thick paper on the other side so it doesnât just ball up will you put it on. After applying, press it down really well, peel off the outside thicker paper, and push down again. Works wonders.
