Works great for Omnipod 5!
First off, I have quite the combo for my Omnipod to avoid the dreaded rash that the adhesive gives many people. I apply Flonase to the area, then Skin Tac, use an underpatch from another supplier, place the Omnipod, then use the clear Lexcam overpatches as a finisher. This combo has NEVER failed me!I’m a huge sweat-er in the gym, like, wring your shirt out afterward. The Lexcam patch stays stuck to you through thick and thin.Long shower? Not a problem.Heck, truth be told, it seems like it’d be easier to pick a freckle off of my body than these Lexcam patches on site change day. That’s exactly how I want it though. Great product, repeat customer, give it a try.

Wonderful Product
I’m a long time diabetic and long time Omni Pod user. Since discovering these adhesive covers, it has instilled in me the confidence that my pod will not loosen on my skin. Exercising, working in the garden and sweating, showering, no fear that my pod will come off. Maybe have had a time or two where it did but more a mistake on my part of not properly preparing my skin to attach the cover than the cover being the issue. Highly recommend.

Great
Best stick I have found yet! A little painful to take off without Unisolve, but thatâs the price you pay for making sure your pump is secure!

Decent Tape- when you get what was ordered! As always watch the Doors
Received a package labeled as Omnipod patches but got some other adhesive that looked like a CGM patch of some sort! Bummer dude!Oh well right? I got a replacement- 6 days later! Was freaking out for a few hours- where’s the Tega tape? Used some Band Aids… â pro- tipâ: Always carry Band Aids they can save when an edge comes loose! So finally found the backup stash of Tegaderm, whew! Will now use Tegaderm on top of this tape for the summer months since Iâm pretty sweaty. Takes 2 layers on top of the Pod tape plus skintac… eeww… but it works for the most part.Overall this tape is easier to apply than Tegaderm, but can be kind of tricky in hard to reach places, but thatâs the same with any tape really.Overall sort of easy to use, adhesion is fine with skintac but average without, and removal is no problem for me- I just grab and tear! Ouch sometimes… but Ive been at this so long it doesn’t really bother me, but I imagine it very well might bother someone else.No matter what-Not door proof! Darn doors knock pods out willy nilly! Im like what did I do to you doors? Open and shut thats all, maybe a slam in a moment of anger once or twice, but Iâm better than that now I swear! If you doors are hungry for plastic please stay away from my Omnipod ok? Iâll leave some recycling out for you ok Doors? Peace out my hinged brothas and sistas!

Works well overall
A little tricky at first but once you get the hang of it, they are good. Tincture of benzoin (bought separately) really helps these adhere if you sweat a lot.

Horrible
I read all the instructions and wasted at least 3 on trying to put these on my husbandâs pods. They are made from a plastic film and the film tended to get all stuck together before I could apply it to his insulin pod. This is the only product I could have thrown across the room and ended up returning. But I didnât. Came off in the shower also. Just used a brand from our insulin distributor and they are made out of fabric that works 1000% better. Never again on this brand. I have the patience for being a caretaker of my husband who I love so much but not inferior products that stress me out to use.

Disappointing
I have the omnipod 5 and Iâve been having issues with my pods falling off. I bought these because I liked that it said waterproof and it was clear, so it wouldnât be as obvious that I had anything else on my arm. However, these ended up giving me a rash on my arm, and since they are plastic, it really hurt to pull them off. My pod most certainly stayed on! Which is why Iâm not giving it less stars, but if you have sensitive skin, I would stay away from these. I ended up going back to a cloth based patch and they are working much better. In addition, I felt like it was a little difficult to put on, they fit tightly around the pod, so itâs a little hard to do yourself, and the wrapping is a thin paper material, so if youre not careful taking the backing off, it rips. These just didnât work for me which is disappointing, I used them for 3-4 pods before I developed a rash so now I have them sitting around and idk what to do with them.

Work better than most overlays!
I started using these after trying just about every other brand of overlay for my Omnipod 5. I kept having trouble with “tunneling”/leaking on day 2 of pod wear. This product really helps! I use Skin Tac liquid on the skin/pod and then cover it all with one of these and have been getting more pods to last the full 3 days, thankfully! These are very similar to the Dexcom overlays that you get free from Dex via the website. I will say they are tricky to put on in some of the less traditional wear spots (e.g., back of the arm, lower back) so you may need an assist if you want to wear them there.
