Well-designed and practical
These weights adjust from 2lbs to 5lbs each, so they are great for someone who is just starting out with using weights or who doesn’t want to lift a lot of weight. For me, they will replace my existing 3-, 4-, and 5-lb weights. I am also glad to have the 2lb option because I am recovering from arm surgery, so I probably need to start over with lighter weights.These are easy to use. The dumbbells start out at 2lbs, and you can add weight in half-pound increments to the end of each dumbbell. To add each additional weight just screw it in place on the end of the weights already on the dumbbell. A quarter-turn locks each weight securely in place.I highly recommend these for anyone of any age who wants to start using weights, but they will be especially useful for those of us who are older and do not want to overdo it!

Earsily adjustable weight set
This is a great set! It’s very easy to use and switch out the weight disks.I figured it the locking discs almost immediately, I didn’t even look at the directions. The bars are 2 lbs each and each disc is 0.5 (you get 12) so you have the ability to do anything from 2 lbs to 5 lbs each. The size and grip are nice, the handles seem to have a thin plastic coating and ridges to help with grip. And I love the color! The blue is so pretty, and it makes working out a little more fun!

The Smartest Dumbbels Ever!
When I was a child my grandmother had a set of metal adjustable weights. Each section screwed on to add weight. They were clanky and noisey, and rolled around, but I have always remembered how great an idea that was. Finally, the Fragraim company has remade my ideal weights in an easy to use and quiet design. I am in love with these weights! Adding weight takes seconds, and each addition locks securely in place. The hexagonal shape allows push-up and floor excercises while keeping you to stay safely in position. They are perfect for osteoperosis weight workouts, and you dont have to buy four sets of weights to work up from two to five lbs. They store so much more easily than multiple sets and to top it off, they’re super cute! If you’re looking for light weights these are for you!

Easy to change out
I set up a little fitness room in my garage and bought these to incorporate in my fitness routine. It is so easy to change out the weights, it just takes a click. They are very good quality. Made with materials that will not dirty your hands. They are very comfortable to grip. I am not looking to bulk up so these light weights are exactly what I was looking for. Totally worth the price!

Great idea
This is a cool little system! It’s quick and easy to customize it to build the desired weights you want. The locking system is solid even if you put all the weights onto one handle. I also like that the box securely stores everything in ready-to-use condition. It takes up a lot less space than any other weight set I’ve seen! This will be a great item especially for winter when I’m at home and inside for most of the time.

Neat concept for small dumbbells!
I have two sets of older small rubber coated dumbbells that have gotten a little sticky with age and I have been looking to replace them. I wanted a different type of design that wouldnât have the same problem and I really didnât want to have a bunch of weights either, so I procrastinated on finding something. These Fragraim 4-in-1 adjustable dumbbells seemed like the perfect solution that would provide a better design and more functionality in a smaller package.The concept of these is awesome. It is similar to a big set of heavy dumbbells I have that are adjustable. You only have the footprint of one set of dumbbells but can select different weights for them. These are adjustable from 2lbs to 5lbs each so they arenât huge weights, but they are a nice compact size and a range that is useful for things like adding to an indoor cycling routine, treadmill, or to supplement other workouts. Thatâs exactly what I wanted these for. My large dumbbells are a bit cumbersome and donât go down to a low enough weight to be a good option while indoor cycling. These are a perfect size and I can dial in the weight and adjust whenever needed.The weights twist on and snap into place. My only concern is that the contact points attaching the weights are plastic, so I hope they wonât become loose or break with time. They feel very good out of the box and I hope with normal use they will hold up well. I think if you were to accidentally drop them, I am not confident they would survive. The rest of the quality feels good overall – the weights are accurate according to my kitchen scale, the finish is smooth and the rubber handles provide good grip l like.a better rubber than my previous weights.Overall, these are a really cool concept and will be a great addition to my cycling workouts. I like the adjustability and overall size of these and they feel good. My only concern is with the plastic attachment points for the weights and given the price of these, I wouldnât consider them an exceptional value, but they are a nice product and I am happy with them.

Perfect for Home Workouts
Got this adjustable dumbbell set for my wife, who wants to tone her arms, and itâs been a great addition to our home gym.
