Very Stable
Great quality bench with thick, comfortable pads. Assembly was quick. The adjustment pins/slides are easy to adjust for different exercises. Have no doubts about the claimed weight capacity, this bench is over-built for sure!During use, it is quiet, with no creaks or clicks, and doesn’t rock around either. Best of all, I like that it folds in half for easy storage. Perfect for apartments or small homes with limited space.

Best part it folds and takes up less space.Also ,it has a low profile to ground which means you can get your feet planted nice and secure to the floor ,so it’s great for shorter legs too.Metal seems strong enough too,no worries there.Padding is good too, space between back and seat could be smaller but that happens on many benches .If that annoys you just throw a towel between that area.Can’t beat the price for a well made folding bench !

Excellent weight bench!
Super solid weight lifting workout bench! Looks like a lot of parts, but it’s an honestly easy build. Took literally ten minutes from unpacking to screwing on both leg footings and being ready to work out.Easy to use spring pin adjustments on both the seat and rear back support. Smoothly adjusts from Flat to Incline to Decline to a FULL 90 degrees sitting straight up!! Hard to find a bench that does the full 90 and this one is it!!Even comes with easy to use/remove bungee arm cords. Simply slip them on & off the legs as you like to workout. Once you’re finished, pull the central support pin and this bench folds up very nicely into a corner or closet to get out of the way. Awesome workout piece!!

Basic Exercise Bench with Some Nice Features
The bench is sturdy and does what it is advertised to do.I have some kettlebells and water weights that I wanted to use like barbells and dumbbells. This bench ended up being a great choice.It was easy to assemble and sturdy enough to fit my needs.For example, I liked the fact that it was adjustable so I could use different angles.Another thing, I can’t speak for its weight-bearing capacity (It says 700 lbs.) because I just use it for relatively light weights, but it handles my 200 lbs and 70 lbs of weights easily.I think it will stand the test of time as a hobbyist.I think you could do a lot worse for this price.

Best bench!
We have a home gym in our basement with several different machines. But for dumbell and free weight bench press you need a good bench. My husband has a bench that he likes to bench press on but was hard and uncomfortable for me. And when we both want to workout one of us is always waiting for the other to finish and move. So this was supposed to be my bench and he would use the other one. Well after trying my bench, he now steals it every chance he gets. This bench is much more stable as well, I always feel a wobble on his but this one doesn’t budge! The width is also bigger than a standard bench. The adjustable seat is great for incline or decline workouts as well. It was super easy to put together, most of it was already done. In less than 5 minutes we were ready to go. The resistance bands included don’t do much for us, but our kids like using them. The only complaint I have, the foothold will move up and down, you can’t lock it into place. So I just don’t use it, but if you’re looking for that in particular, it may not work the best for you. Overall though, it is the most comfortable, stable bench I’ve ever used and easy to love around or fold up if needed!

Great Quality bench
I ordered this for my 30+ son and he is very happy with it. He says: This was super easy to assemble, it took maybe 15 minutes tops. All the parts are heavy duty and the bench is strong and solid. The padding is thick and comfortable, and the fact that it folds for storage is super helpful. Usually items that fold aren’t as sturdy as permanent pieces, but not so with this bench. This is definitely the best quality bench I’ve owned and the price is great. 5/5 stars without question
