Easy to use massage tool, but hard to change the rollers.
myogaga Adjustable Intensity Tennis Elbow Relief Calf Massager (ASIN : B0DKJC8VKS) It’s hard for me to give a manual massage to my forearms, so I wanted to try this device. It’s easy to adjust the opening, to accomodate arms or calves. You can open it fully, and just use the roller on one half, so then you can use it on your thigh. The installed rollers (the universal and single cam ones) worked well, but I wanted to try them all. I like the pressure of the double and four cam rollers better. It look a while to figure out the proper way to change rollers from the instructions. It’s not easy to flex it, so the roller comes out. I might have my husband do it in the future. The main body of the massager seems to be very rugged plastic, so I think it can take a fair amount of abuse. The weak link is the thick rubber band that holds it closed, and provides the tension when moving your limb through. They really don’t show it in the item listing, so I’m not really sure that’s what it is for – it might be just to keep it closed for storage. I find it handy while using the unit, so I don’t have to hold the top close myself. I have weak hand strength, and I wouldn’t be able to use it for too long without a little help.

Great roller variety, but would benefit from including a soft foam roller as well.
Thereâs a lot to like about this massage roller, but it does come with one significant drawback.First, the positives: I really appreciate that this roller comes with four different rollers to choose from. This versatility allows you to target different areas of the body and address various types of muscle soreness or tension with the appropriate roller geometry. The instructions were also helpful, providing guidance on proper muscle release techniques and a useful tip for changing the rollers. Following the instructions made swapping rollers much easier than trying to figure it out on my own. Additionally, the rollers glide smoothly, and the clamping system applies pressure effectively. However, thereâs a major issue when using this device to massage the calf muscles from the back. The opposite clamp’s roller presses directly on the shin bone, which makes the experience quite painful, especially since all the rollers are very hard. For this reason, I wouldnât recommend it to anyone who prioritizes rolling their calf muscles. In my review’s photo, I’ve pressed my thumb hard into the roller with ~10lbs of force to show how there is little give.Overall, itâs a well-designed product with great functionality, but Iâll deduct one star due to the discomfort it causes in this specific scenario.

Amazing
This is a lot better than expected because of the looks. It’s super easy to use, usable on all the limbs, and you’re always in control of the amount of pressure via the rubber bands and hands so it’s super effective. It also would’ve have been nice to have an extra set of rollers so I don’t always have to switch around sides. At least another universal one since sometimes I just want a simple squeeze on my arms without the added force of the cams.I also wish there was something better than the rubber bands and hands to keep it closed though, perhaps some kind of half handle or something that’s easier to grip, but I’m not an engineer.

Better Than my $75 Rolflex!, Multiple Rollers, Stiffer
I struggle with very stiff forearms and a wife that does not love to rub these muscles out. I purchased the $75 Rolflex, which I have liked. When I saw that this one was about $50 and came with multiple roller attachments, I had to give it a try.The roller options are great and allow me to customize the shape that “hits” the locations of soreness best. These rollers are also a bit firmer than the Rolflex brand, which is great for me.Overall, quite happy and glad that there is now a competitor in the market place for this unique arm roller.

Working On Elbow Tendonitis With It
I have a home gym full of free weights, dumbbells, equipment, and gadgets… and was glad to add this gadget to the mix. As Iâve gotten older, I have had recurrent tendonitis in my elbows. If I back off on the amount of weight Iâm lifting it will clear up… but what fun is that? I want to lift heavy.I used it on my arms, and I can certainly see the value in this. Iâll continue to use it daily… Iâm just trying to decide whether it works better to use it before lifting or after. This is a neat device, but not sure it is worth the going price. When I attempt to swap out rollers or adjust the spacing… I feel like I am going to break the plastic.

Much better than I expected (for my elbow)
Due to poor form while lifting, I’ve developed a bit of golfer’s elbow. I have a couple powerful electric massagers, but they’re not really suited for the elbow. This thing is amazing. It’s a “hurts so good” type of thing. I didn’t know something like this even existed. I’m so glad I was able to find it.The rollers do take a bit of force to get out. Although it’s mostly just figuring out where the leverage points are and knowing you’re not actually going to break it. Once you get past that, it’s a lot easier.

Provides good relief after a game/practice
I got this massager to use after my pickleball practices. The massager comes with the tool and 4 different rollers. The massager is fully plastic and the rollers are a thick foam material. While the plastic feels durable Iâm worried about the longevity if Iâm switching out the rollers constantly. Switching out the rollers does require the use of strength and some force since the fit is tight. As someone thatâs new to this type of massager, I appreciate that it came with a quick start guide. The guide shows you how to switch out the rollers, what each type of roller is meant for, and how to use the massager on your arms and legs. Iâve been using the massager after most of my practices and games and it has helped relieve my muscles.

Works great
I got this because I was having pain in my elbow and wrist. This worked wonders. I was able to massage my forearm quite easily and controllably. I like how you can adjust the clamping force to dial in the pressure desired. materials feel solid.
