Great bench. Very versatile.
The set up was easy. Iâve used it every other day for a little over a month. I was not expecting the extreme versatility. I can do oblique crunches very easy as well as back hyperextensions. However my buddy who is bigger than I am was not able to comfortable fit his legs in to be able to do either of those. So, I think it will depend on body size and flexibility a little.I love the preacher pad, which I was a little unsure about. Both for obliques and back as well as bicep curls. I really wish it was easily removed. Additionally, I wish the knee bar was welded – not screwed.Iâve never used the leg extension. So, no comments there. The exercise bands that were included are super cheap and basically useless. I threw those away. Additionally, slightly wider base at the head would improve stability, but not a big deal. If you were sloppy in your workout, it could be.Overall very good, very versatile machine. I like it a lot. It was a great buy. Couple tweaks would make it perfect.

Great starter set up!
After reading reviews I decided to go ahead and purchase this bench even though there were a few complaints. The only issue I had and also agree with other reviews is the large gap between the cushions on the bench. I remedied the problem by unscrewing the pre-attached cushion seat and flipping it around. It seem to work perfectly!

Not engineered well
The actual bench is very narrow and narrows even further at the top. There is not much room on the “sit” portion, so doing some of the exercises is very awkward. There is no way to use the leg curl part because of the way that it is made. You would have to have very short legs. Also, when doing reverse crunches while holding the top of the bench, it started to crack. We are very disappointed with this purchase and are now looking for a better bench.

Not for hamstring curls
The description for this product did not mention hamstring curls. That was just my assumption since most leg extensions benches, youâre able to.I did, however, figured out how to do hamstring curls, but with one leg at a time. The bench is fully upward. Stand where the weights are, facing the bench. If both feet are on the right side of the weights, curl with your left leg and vice versa. You have to bend forward a bit while curling. Iâm 5â2â. Anyone any taller, it would not work as I have to slightly bend my knees more or else my foot would hit the steel base.Resistance band seems durable. The hook itself is terrible. While doing bicep curls, standing⦠the hook unlatched, snapped and hit my shoulder. Felt like I was hit by a rock that was slung by a sling shot. Im going to contact the seller if they can replace the hook with something for reliable.Again, this bench is small, but for the price⦠pretty good deal as I can do serval workouts with it and easily pull around without the weights.

Perfect bench for a beginner
The bench came with everything that the image showed, except leg weights. For someone that is starting to use weight like myself, I found it perfect. The only thing that is less than average are the elastic bands which are very flimsy providing no resistance what so ever. I substituted with resistance tubing and reuse the handles and anchors.

Great bench!
It is a great bench. It does everything I need it to. Incline, decline, flat. Canât find weight plates for the quad lift but that is not the primary purpose of the bench. It is great for the money. Easy to assemble and adjust.

Esta bonito, aunque no es totalmente recto para recargar la espalda tiene una ligera inclinación a la altura de la cabeza. Pero esta bonito y es facil de doblar. Lo que si, tuve un par de dudas y el vendedor no contesta los mensajes, y para este tipo de productos no emiten factura [lo comento porque compre una extensión de garantÃa]
