Great concept, but…
The concept is great, but it takes forever to convert from being dumbbells to a barbell. Another flaw is if you want your barbell to have all of the weight, the way you’re supposed to load it is kind of ridiculous. Also, the printed instructions aren’t great.

This is a nice set for beginners like myself. There are many exercises you can do with this variety set. I don’t have a lot of room, nor experience so it’s perfect for me. Just trying to tone up after weight loss
