These seemed odd at first to me, but they are comfier on the ankles than the regular rubber material bands. It comes with three different resistance bands which is nice and some workout suggestions for them.The only things I donât really like, is that unless you unhook them every time, you have to slip them over your foot which means removing your shoe. And the way the band attaches to the cuffs, you donât have much room for adjustment if your ankles are larger/cant move them up your leg at all if you wanted to use them for thigh workouts. But I use them daily and they get the job done for sure! I have noticed the band I use most often has started to fray though, and I havenât had them that long – maybe a month or so.

Laut Info gibt es 3 verschiedene Stärken (10,20 und 30 lbs).Habe 2 mal 10 lbs erhalten und einmal 20 lbs.Kundenservice kontaktiert. Ansonsten gut, die Stärken für mich nur zu schwach.

The carabiners are fairly small, but the ankle straps are sturdy and I feel safe enough to use the bands under tension.I tried stacking the resistance bands together to see how far I could take the weight progression, and they didn’t break or anything, but the size of the carabiner clips made me feel less confident in them, also because the bands shoot back quite violently when you let go of them under tension.Over all, I feel like they are great for some workouts at home, especially worth for beginners.
