Perfect for LEG DAY!
I purchased this to use on the cable machines for leg extensions and other various movements. You could probably use it around your wrist as well. It’s important to get your muscles moving in a variety of ways so they don’t get used to the same routines. This is an inexpensive ankle cuff that can add that extra something to your workouts!

Well made and comfortable
I bought another brand for my gf, and got these for myself so we’d be able to tell ours apart. Hers were $1 cheaper (“Aoho Mooon”). These have nicer branding, and as it turns out are more comfortable, better quality and fit a tiny bit better on smaller ankles. They’re also a fraction of the price of most other brands/options on Amazon. These are the ones you want!

Excelente calidad. Son resistentes y no se suelta el velcro. Recomiendo lavar antes de usar con jabón neutro, exprimir a mano sin torcer y secar a la sombra.
