I like the lilac color. The one-pound weights fit around my wrists or my ankles. Wearing them around the house feels like working out just walking around and doing chores. They are comfortable to wear. The Velcro holds well. One-pound weights have a surprising impact. It doesn’t sound like much weight but leaving them on for a while feels like a workout.

I really like these ankle weights and how I can wear them around the house as I’m doing regular things and knowing I’m still burning some extra calories. The strap is adjustable to a variety of ankles will fit into these. I’m also glad there are multiple colors options for these weights as most others just give you one or two options.
