I misplaced my older wrist weights. I wanted to incorporate them back in my fitness routine. Especially on the days you cant make it to the gym or may not have any dumbbells’ for at home workouts. Read the description by the seller are fair & accurate. The variety of colors is great perk as well as other weight options.

Cute but a little small
I love these. They are comfortable, cute, and get the job done. I have bigger wrists and hands and these just fit, if I was any bigger they would be too tight.

I originally got these to be ankle weights for simply walking around at home while I work. But I quickly realized they were not heavy enough for ankle weights as I got the 1 pounds, so I went back and got the 2 pounds and they work great! I love that they come in a variety of colors and are flexible so you can adjust the weight to evenly distribute on your wrists or ankles to get the full distribution.

Great Item, but Not Sturdy
Love this item, however, one of the weights came off one of the straps and you cannot put it back on. the weights easily come off, and there is no way to fix it. I would not buy this style again.

I have loved these. I put them on every day. Grocery trips, yard work, house work, cooking, walking the dog, wear them whenever wherever! They are surprisingly comfortable and easy to adjust. Just be careful the little individual pieces donât slide off the band as they are difficult to put back on.
