How is the absorbency of the pads?
The five-layer construction comprises a super absorbent polymer core to rapidly absorb liquid. Our disposable bed pads for incontinence can soak up to 1600ml – 2500ml of liquid so that provide the best protection for bed.

These work great for an elderly family member who has incontinence issues. I especially like the adhesive tape on the sides that keep it in place overnight.

Work fine but they’re see through when wet which is weird
I got these because the pads I normally get for my toddler who wets the bed went up $10 and these are like $20 cheaper.They do the job well. The size fits ok an entire normal crib/toddler mattress. They’re functional. I haven’t noticed any weird smells.They seem durable and haven’t leaked into the actual mattress at all. But it’s just weird because these LOOK like they’re flimsy and when they’re wet where the urine is, then it LOOKS like they’re gonna fail .. but they have yet to fail me and I’ve used almost the entire pack.So weird. But does the job fine so 5/5.

Doesnât stick
The pads are fine and probably absorb a lot. I didnât need to test them, only used as preventative during a recovery from surgery. However, the reviews are accurate about the lack of adhesiveness. The sticky parts do not hold the pad in place. Tape would required. There is also the expected non-breathability, with a feeling of slight dampness from the person perspiring. Slightly uncomfortable but standard for this material.

Sofyfine Disposable Bed pads are an exceptional product. First of all, the size is very accommodating to all bed sizes. Secondly, the adhesive strips allow you to secure the pad to the sheet which is especially helpful if the person/patient who is using it may toss and turn. Finally, the waterproof film on the back of the pad does an outstanding job of containing any urine leaks. This pad is truly worth a try.
