Worth every penny
Best thing ever for plantar facitis or tired feet. Strong ,just the perfect size for my size 9 or my son’s size 11. Works so well to relieve my pain and stretch the arches out. The design is comfortable on a sock foot. It works good for the tired achey calf muscles too.

Handy and Works!
Iâm a physician and absolutely love this product. I wear cowboy boots and Iâm very active on my farm. I experienced a great deal of relief after the first use of this product. Now I use it daily to prevent my feet from hurting. I like how light and handy it is. Easy to travel with if youâre on the go. It is definitely worth the price. If you want to stay active and take care of your feet this is an excellent gizmo.

This foot massage roller really works!
I keep this foot massage roller on the floor under my desk. When I’m working at my computer, I can take my shoes off and roll it with my foot. (I alternate using it on each foot.) I don’t really have plantar fasciitis, but I do carry stress in my feet sometimes, so this massage roller feels really good and relaxes my feet. It has a firmer touch than if someone was massaging your foot with their hands, but it works well and you can multi-task while working at your desk! Win-win!

This product does a great job at relaxing the muscles in my feet and easing my plantar fasciitis. I own a larger muscle roller, but I bought this one specifically for its size and portability; great for travel, especially when going hiking. Works great!

Love this for rolling sore feet (or plantar fascitis)
Easy to use – nubbies are rubber so they don’t hurt like spikey balls. And because it’s flat with “edges/ends” it rolls on the floor without slipping all around like a ball does. I’ve also put it in the freezer and it’s wonderful when chilled on tired/achy feet!But beware – the dog thinks it’s a new toy and she has taken it and chewed on it a time or two – lol.
