So Bright!
This is definitely a head light! It has 3 brightness settings, and the brightest one can see clear across our 200 foot yard! I would say it goes about 250 feet. The second setting is about half that, and the last setting is about like a regular flashlight. There are also 3 more modes if you double click the button: fast flash, sos, and slow flash. It would be a great addition to a car emergency kit. It has a great heft to it, it’s surprisingly heavy! Not that it will weigh down the bike or anything. It’s not even noticeable on the handle bars. It fits very well anywhere on mine. The belt is silicone, stretchy, thick and sturdy. It also has a screw to attach it, and a rubber piece inside that attaches to the light itself to prevent sliding or scratches. It doesn’t shake in the least, nor can I push or pull it hard, so it will definitely stay in place even in the most hectic or bumpy rides if you’re on a mountain bike. The flashlight part slides on and off of the handle attachment. To take it off, click the button and pull forwards. To put it on, just push and it will click into place. The two red tail lights it comes with attach in the same way. They have 4 settings, running, cycle, breathing, and fast flash. I think it sets it apart from a car’s brake lights and whatnot, at least most of them. It’s much smaller also, and is a great addition to reflective gear. It comes with three short type c chargers (two 30cm and one 50cm). I thought that was very generous and thoughtful. Mine arrived fully charged, but you’ll want to give yourself some time (3 hours according to the instructions) in case they aren’t. Ah, the instructions give times for how long each light type will last off of a full charge I’m assuming. The single click strongest headlight light lasts 3 hours. I lost about 3 points after a couple minutes, so that seems about right. Medium light lasts 6.7 hours. Low light lasts for 10 hours. The headlight’s double click modes last 8-10 hours. The tail lights on any mode last for 12 hours. It does function as a power bank and can charge your phone. They are IP65 waterproof, so you don’t have to worry if you get caught in the rain. The port areas are closed with tight fitting rubber. Lastly, it says to recharge it every 3 months if not in use.

Lumen rating is highly questionable
I ordered the Oldbeer bike light, in no small part because the lumen rating was substantially higher than that of other lights. I charged it to 100% and compared it to my Victagen 5000 lumen light. The Victagen was substantially brigher than the Oldbeer, which supposedly puts out 9000 lumens. The industry needs an independent testing agency to publish unbiased testing results. Otherwise, sellers can claim any wild lumen number.

Feature-rich bike light, could be of use to bikepackers
This package includes 1 headlight and 2 tail lights, and Iâll review each separately:First, the headlight:Wow, this light is CHONKY! Holding it in my hand, it is far more significant than any other bike light Iâve owned, and Iâve owned many! The headlight is in an aluminum housing and feels quite hefty, weighing 179g. It has 3 steady modes (High, Med, Low), and 3 strobing modes (fast flash, SOS flash, slow flash). Charging is via USB-C, and it additionally provides a USB-A port which you can use as a power bank! I never thought this would be something I need in a bike light, but I appreciate the options it provides. The mount appears sturdy and well-made. The light securely âclicksâ when slid into the mount. When detached from the bike mount, this lightâs shape lends nicely to be used as a handheld flashlight. The manual states the battery is 6000 mAh.The tail lights:Interestingly, this kit includes 2 tail lights. They seem just âOKâ, and almost seem like they were made by an entirely different manufacturer, as they are light and plasticânothing at all like the headlight. There are several modes, including steady-on and multiple different flashing patterns.Iâm happy that both the headlight and taillights all charge via USB-C. I think this set is a decent deal, and I could see the use case to take it bikepacking, given the features (power bank, ability to be used as a flashlight)

Medium power mode gives possibly 6 hours of light for moderate to moderately fast speed.
According to the manual pamphlet:High power: 3 hours of light. Plenty of light for going really fast.Medium power: 6.7 hours of light. There should be enough light to go medium to moderately fast speed.Low power: 10 hours of light. There is enough light to go slow-medium speed. Going faster will risk not seeing road debris that can puncture bike tires. It is probably best to use medium power where the light is bright enough to go moderate to moderately fast speed, but still getting enough hours of light out of one bike light. An additional headlamp is also recommended for best road visibility at night. The tail light has 4 lighting modes and can lasts up to 12 hours. So it is not a limiting factor as most people are not going to ride 12 hours at night in one night.
