Could pass for real leather!
The faux leather on this BlankNYC jacket is surprisingly good! If I didnât know it wasnât real, I wouldnât think twice. Itâs really that good! It looks nice, but it also actually has a very good hand feel, itâs thicker and smooth, not flimsy or vinyl-like. I have another version in green by the same brand, but the pleather on this one is better. On this one, the arm zips have leather inserts instead of being open and there are functional pockets on both sides that zip. The collars do not snap down, even though they have the top snaps on them, but the lapels do. I love that the zippers are black, the zipperheads look a little light but are not flimsy. The black on black makes it more versatile than with silver zips. Iâm often between a M and L and I chose the L for this jacket. It fits a little big, but that works for me and it doesnât look too big. If I wanted a snug fit, I would need the M. I also have more expensive real leather jackets, but this one on sale (less than $50) is an amazing value, love that itâs a lighter weight and I wonât have to be too careful with it.

Very good quality and stylish
Wow was I pleasantly surprised. This is a great looking motorcycle style faux leather jacket. The material and workmanship is really nice. as I ordered a size large praying it would would fit and it does. Itâs a bit snug in the shoulders but I have that problem a lot because I do have broad shoulders. If you want to wear a sweater under it Iâd suggest ordering up a size. Iâm not planning on wearing with a sweater or zipped completely up so that alleviates that issue. The body and sleeves fit perfectly and the back zippers work smoothly and add an extra cool factor.

Beautiful jacket! I’m small/med, went with small
This is an awesome jacket that I initially struggled over ordering b/c I was unsure of sizing and fit.I am writing this review to help someone torn btw getting the SML or MED. For reference, I am 5’4″, 130-135 lbs with a 34DD/E bust, long arms, narrow shoulders and hips. Jean size 27.Reading other people’s reviews, I was surprised how many people have very similar, to exact, dimensions as me, yet how differently we all may want the jacket to fit depending how we plan to wear it.As a 52-year-old-post-partum-middle-aged-chick, I was looking for a narrow streamlined fit that would not add any bulk whatsoever to my frame. Also, I live in SoCal and did not plan to wear this over anything other than a tshirt, blouse or very thin dress or sweater. Also, I would wear this jacket totally open and unzipped 97% of the time, so I got the SMALL. When it is zipped and buttoned up all the way, the SMALL on me is a tight, but not binding, streamlined, almost a 1960s Mod Squad look. Truly fits like a glove and sleeve length is perfect.Had I ordered the Medium, I would have felt obligated to wear the jacket closed, over layers or a big sweater or hoodie; because totally open and unzipped, the front panels of the Medium would have hung and flapped around my body excessively (if that makes sense) and the shoulders would have drooped/been oversized, rounded, like a slouchy, casual 1990’s fit. My teen daughter who is 5’8 and a size 0-2 (so, a human clothes hanger) would probably get this very same jacket in a Medium or even a Large because she likes that oversized look, and can carry it off really well.I hope this review helps someone else with my proportions. I may order one in a MEDIUM in case I ever want room to really bundle-up with lots of other layers or a really thick sweater for much colder weather. But, I think if that happened I would just wear a longer coat to stay warm. Either way, it is a great purchase.

I like the Jacket. Fits well. Heavy Material and good quality. It’s not shiny, but that’s how I like it. It works for me until I can afford a really expensive, high-quality leather Jacket. It is worth the price.

Nice Jacket, but Runs Small
I’m 5’1″ and 145 lbs. I have a short torso, and am thicker through the chest, hips, butt, and thighs. I ordered a large. It fits well, but there is no way I can zip it starting at my hips, and there’s no way it will go over my boobs. I’m disappointed that it runs small, as the style and look of the faux leather is very nice, in my opinion. The faux leather is soft, and will hold up well over time. I’d give it four stars for running small, but I’m giving it three because the xl goes up to $98! Why?! Can we stop charging more for larger sizes, please? I will not be reordering another size because of the huge price jump.

Exceeded Expectations
I am 5â11â, 165lbs, 34DDâ¦I had been eyeing the Banana Republic and Madewell leather moto jackets wit black hardware for months. But living in Florida and not needing a jacket all too often I couldnât bring myself to spend the $498 on it. After much research I came across this faux leather jacket for under $100!! Apprehensive I purchased, and was blown away when the jacket arrived. The material does not look fake at all. Super good quality. The fit was perfect. I usually wear medium, but based on reviews I got a Large and it is perfect. The sleeves are long enough for my tall frame and the jacket zips up with a fitted look over my bust. It is amazing. So glad I didnât splurge for the real thing and instead went with this!! I wore it out last night and got so many compliments on my âleatherâ jacket!! Win!!

Wow this is nice
Iâve been looking at âliquid leatherâ jackets for months. Could never find the olive green color in my size â XL.Came across this one and was skeptical but for about 60 bucks how can you go wrong, plus I could just return it.Well let me tell me this baby is staying right with me. Gorgeous color green! Sleeves long enough (maybe too long if youâre petite). Nice hardware. Zippers work well. It is right across the bust (38D) but I donât care. I like the look of an unzipped jacket anyway itâs more casual.Itâs amazing that we can find âleatherâ jackets in our seasonal color palettes!So not hesitate to get this jacket itâs super nice.

Received yesterday – it is a nice heavy vegan leather.The colour saturation of the leather is really good, the feel is great. It is a little heavier than I thought it would be. The hardware seems to be of good quality.I would note that it fits TIGHT. I wear a pretty standard US size 4 or 6 and the medium was tight in the bust/waist area but perfect in the shoulder.

Elegà la talla que normalmente soy quedó entallada, estilizada, no apretada. El material es muy bueno, por lo que entiendo no es piel pero luce como si lo fuera! Mi amiga se sorprendió cuando le dije que no era piel verdadera. Me la lleve de vacaciones por 2 semanas, era la unica chamarra que llevaba, anduve de tour en tour, en transporte publico, incluso me la llegue a amarrar en la cintura y no se maltrató nada. Estoy muy contenta.
