   A “Solid” Solution for Boondocking
   We occasionally boondock with our camper and while it does have a bathroom, we try to minimize its use given the hassle it is to clean. We have a little pop-up changing tent and a 5-gallon bucket rigged for toilet use, and the bags fit well under the lid. As a few others have mentioned, the bags feel a bit thin, but they seem to hold well enough as long as you are careful not to snag them on anything.There are a generous number of bags and gel to soak up liquids, which for how infrequently we use them, should last a good long time. We typically only use one bag per trip if we can help it, which generally is plenty large enough for 3-4 days of use if you want to get your money’s worth. As for the odor-neutralizing claims, it does well enough, but it’s definitely helpful to seal things up and keep it outside (away from your site, if possible). I liken the smell to using one of the lemon-scented toilet sprays that helps, but can’t really clear the smell completely. It’s good enough for government work, as my dad would say.If you’re looking for a more eco-friendly solution to packing out what you poop in, this kit will do the trick with most of the essentials to keep you (and everyone else) enjoying the great outdoors.

   Nice for going on the go.
   This system is great for a situation where you don’t have access to proper potty accommodations. I ordered this for camping, and in case of a disaster where the sewage system stops working. From a major storm that overwhelms the sewage system, to a bug out situation where I have to get out for a short or longer period of time. Whether from weather, a solar storm or our infrastructure getting hacked, or just failing. This helps you be prepared.Get a 5 gallon bucket, put this kit, some (preferably thin “RV” style) toilet paper, and a few wet wipes in it, and you have a small porta potty, that you can grab and go. Add a toilet seat for better comfort, and a way to make things a bit more private and you’re ready to Go!…pun intended 😉 A small bag of lightweight kitty litter or fine sawdust would also be a great addition.The gel helps keep the smell down, and helps stop splashing. It helps keep things hygienic and easier to transport without things leaking out. The bags are easy to handle and being biodegradable, should let you bury the waste without fear of adding permanent plastic to the environment.Whether you’re camping, and want to be responsible (not leaving your crap around), or need a temporary toilet because your septic system is out of service. Or aliens could hack our sun and cause a nationwide toilpocalypse. You’re ahead of the game with this system. This is a great way to handle your waste without breaking the bank.

   Excellent for multi-day music festivals especially if you’re in a tent far from the restrooms!
   The older I get, the more urgently I need a “bio break” particularly in the middle of the night and first thing in the mornings. Sometimes all the en-suite lodging for music festivals are already taken up before I even get a chance to purchase tickets. And the older I get, the more I need to prepare for those urgent restroom breaks! This is a great solution to have ready ahead of time when nature calls and time is of the essence! The included packets absorb the liquid and mask the smell. Just tie it up right after and dispose of the next day! Just don’t forget toilet paper and wipes/sanitizer.

   Great for so many reasons
   These are great for so many reasons. Firstly we like to use this for camping. It’s light weight and fits easily in a hiking bag or camping bag. The gel does a great job hiding odor and absorbing liquid. I keep some in my car just incase we road trip and can’t stop at a restroom or if the restroom is locked. I can pull this out of the trunk and set up the toilet anywhere we go. Easy to clean and much better than carrying cat litter. Great value for the amount you get. It will be great for emergency use, power outages, road trips, hiking or camping needs.

   Light, great for LNT camping/rafting
   As a backpacker, I practice leave no trace ethics, and pack out my waste from sensitive areas. I’ve cobbled together DIY cat litter-based wag bag kits, but these seemed like a more convenient solution. As a Vine reviewer, I received a set in exchange for an unbiased review.Upon unboxing, my initial reaction was that the bags might be too thin/fragile, but they are stronger and more tear-proof than typical doggie waste bags I have purchased in the past. That being said, I would still use a Ziploc for fail-safe storage while traveling, or something like an ammo box if weight isn’t an issue. The bags are big enough for a group camp or multi-day solo trip, and bulk price is very reasonable.As far as weight goes:9 g per gel packet13 g per bag

   Only part of the order arrived.
   I only received the absorbent gel with this order. I have waited for several days thinking that the items might arrive separately, but so far the bags have not arrived. I would like to test the bags together with the absorbent gel before making a full review, so if the bags ever arrive I will update this posting.

   Decent product, but…
   I’ve tried a few different brands of bags & toilet powder. The bags with this set seemed good with no leaks. They fit my camp toilet nicely. The powder worked as it should, but the scent wasn’t as strong as some others I’ve tried. It didn’t seem to mask odor very well, but the gel factor was good. Took one star away for that reason, otherwise good.

   EXCELLENT QUALITY
   We use these at our hunting camp/primitive cabin for the compostable toilet. They are so simple to set up in the toilet and just as simple to dispose of. The gel is amazing and a real must have for this situation. They are easily transportable and I always keep a supply with my camping equipment. I cannot imagine life in the great outdoors without these quality bags. I highly recommend this product.
