How to Measure
Remove the jewelry or anything from your hands.Wrap the cuff on the wrist and display screen on the inner wristThe distance between the cuff and the palm is 0.5-1.0cm(about one finger width).Keep the monitor and your heart at the same level.Press the power button to start the measurement.
Tips on Receiving Accurate results:
Take your reading and at the same time each day, use the same wrist.Keep your feet positioned on the floor, and do not cross your feet.Put the BP cuff on in the right place as per instructions, on your wrist, above your bone. The screen should be on the side your palm.Please Keep quite and relax the body, do not talk during measure. While measuring in a row, please span 4-5 minutes.Don’t not touch main unit and wristband during measure.

Good little monitor
Purchasing this MBUPAI BP monitor was a spur of the moment decision. Having to constantly replace 2 AAA batteries in one of my wrist monitors just as this USB monitor was offered at $17.99 made it a no-brainer. Accurate readings have become critical to lowering my BP, so over time I purchased several monitors. I have both Omron and Greater Goods wrist and arm monitors and find that both wrist monitors (used properly) have been accurate and much easier to use.The MBUPAI positivesâ¦It arrived yesterday. For accuracy I gave it 5 stars. Using a USB port eliminates the ongoing need to replace batteries (also 5 stars). The reading is very fast. Readings can be retained for 2 people, or for morning/evening readings. (My Greater Goods monitor also provides 2 readings, my Omron is for 1.) It comes with a nice hard plastic carrying case.The MBUPAI negativesâ¦I wish it was backlit. (My Greater Goods monitor is, my Omron isnât.) I wish there was a way to know if my arm is in the correct position. The other monitors wonât begin a reading until an icon shows it is, while the MBUPAI starts quickly no matter where the arm is. It came with two âmanualsâ, but I wish they were proof read for English before they went to print. Setting for time/date/voice isnât intuitive. Fortunately I figured out how to turn off the irritating voice. I wish it had 12-hour time rather than military time.Bottom lineâ¦Itâs a nice inexpensive and accurate wrist monitor, and the USB port (as opposed to batteries) will probably pay for itself over time. No regrets on the purchase, except I wish I went with the white front to make it a bit brighter.

I am very excited to have this product. It is easy to take with me on the go and has given me accurate readings when I compare them to those at appointments. It is so great to not have to worry about a monitor with the large cuff and hose to carry around. I recommend this highly for people who need comfort, easy, and regular BP readings.

Quality product, affordable price
Been using this blood pressure cuff regularly for almost 2 months now. It’s been fantastic! Super convenient, fast, accurate, easy to use & I love the handy case it comes with.For the last several dr check ups, I was showing a healthy systolic pressure but elevated diastolic pressure 110-120/85-92, which is rare & I wasn’t sure if I should be concerned. I am an overall very healthy, active 45yr old, so I was curious, but didn’t want to spend lots of money to look into or monitor the issue at this point. Bought this inexpensive cuff to monitor myself at different times of the day & it turns out that my blood pressure is actually great unless I’m feeling really stressed. A few deep calming breaths at rest and my diastolic pressure goes right down.Using this cuff helped me figure out that I don’t need to see a cardiologist(at least not for now). I just need to manage stress better.

Compact and Convenient
This wrist blood pressure monitor is very compact. It comes with a plastic case that makes it very easy to pack for traveling. It meets our needs perfectly with one minor exception. The recharging port is a micro USB instead of the newer USB C. It does come with a recharging cable so it’s not a big deal. It’s just one more piece to keep track of. The display is not back lit so there must be sufficient light to read the display. So far accuracy seems to be good when compared to other monitors that we use and with results from nurses manually measuring blood pressure. It’s easy to use, easy to read results, and it’s relatively quick.

Easy to use and the BP reading seems to be accurate.
Had to buy a BP monitoring to device for a sick family because the doctor is firmly requiring BP data. Looked around the Amazon Marketplace and found one that is rechargeable and for a reasonable price. I already have the standard old style BP monitoring device that goes on the shoulder but that is too cumbersome and I can’t get it to work properly. Then I saw one of the nurse I’m working with have a BP device that goes on the wrist instead and she said she bought hers on Amazon so I looked around the marketplace and found the one I need. So far I have done several BP reading on the sick family and no issues. I can’t find any problems with it. It does what it’s supposed to do well and does what I bought it for so I’m happy with it. Deserves a 5 star in my opinion.

Wrong readings!
Great packaging, fast delivery BUT absolutely INCORRECT readings. Whilemy old wrist monitor showed 135/57 and nurse (whoâs visiting my 90 years old mother at home) got 137/60 on her monitor, my new â talkingâ monitor showed 115/47. Itâs really frustrating and worrying to get SERIOUSLY incorrect reading especially if youâre relying on it to take or not to take your medication.
