Best thin leather shooting gloves in the market!!
These are hands down the best leather shooting gloves on the market as far as a full leather glove. If you are looking for a nice shooting glove for Upland and waterfowl hunting this is it. The dexterity is unmatched. I bought the hatch dura thin and they aren’t even a comparison for how great these feel on your hands. There is no extra fabric that is loose like some gloves. These fit like a second skin with the correct size.

The very best shooting gloves.
The is my second pair of Bob Allen shooting gloves. I bought my first pair back in the mid 1990âs. That pair was perfect. Unfortunately I lost them. This second pair should last me for the rest of my life. They are the best and worth every penny. Highly suggested.

Best Shooting Gloves I’ve Found
I exclusively use these gloves for clay target shooting. They provide adequate warmth for most winter shoots, allow good trigger feel, and wear fairly well. There is a trade off in shooting gloves. Because they have to be fairly thin to provide good feel, they don’t last as long as thicker work gloves, but these last me a couple of seasons of shooting a few thousand clays in cold weather. These are not the gloves you want for heavy chores, but are excellent for their intended purpose. Highly recommended. Great product.

Size Runs a Little Large
I used the measurement guide that was provided, according to the chart I needed a Large. When I got them I was disappointed to find that the fit was loose and the fingers were long. One the positive side they were thin and appears to be well made. I like a tight fit so next time Iâll go a size smaller no matter what the chart says.

BOB ALLEN SHOOTING GLOVES
A little thicker than the earlier version. Tanning so far is water fast and a huge plus for me. This is an excellent shooting glove and glove for hunting. They tolerate wet but are NOT specifically designed for it. Iâve used BA shooting gloves by preference for 20+ years because of good grip, good sensitivity, acceptable durablility trade off with dexterity & acceptable hand protection. Take them off & get a heavier glove on for chores or wear something heavier over them for heavier tasks.

Misleading Info
The gloves fit fine, but the description is wrong. The ad says made in USA, the tag says Ethiopia.

Fit like a glove….haha
REally nice feel, good feeling, like extra skin.

The cloves are very well made and comfortable.
The gloves run a little small, I ordered a Medium and had to exchange them for a Large. For reference, in a golf glove I take a M/L (shorter fingers) now that the Bob Allen gloves are made off shore the Large is like a M/L glove glove. Just right for me.

See headline above. Bob Allen gloves originated years ago as very soft comfortable skin tight fitting gloves for shotgun sport hunting and target (skeet & sporting clay) shooting. They still emboss their gloves with an over/under stacked shotgun barrels logo, but their not the gloves of old. About 3 years ago when I order these gloves the black pairs received were the same as I just received again, whereas the brown pairs were the same better quality shooting gloves as I described above! This time the brown pair is of the same inferior quality as the black gloves. The current gloves are made in Ethiopia. Don’t know where the earlier better quality gloves were made?
