Wonderful Back Massager but heat could be improved
I purchased the updated back massager from Bob and Brad and will try to give you a thorough review.Housekeeping:1) Packaged very nicely. Massager doesn’t have a chemically smell to it unless you really stick your nose into the machine and even then its very subtle.2) The power cord is required to be plugged in, no battery, and its 6ft long.3) Massager seems very well built. The foam is soft but supportive and the fabric seems very high quality with no frayed edges.4) The massager beeps to let you know various things, like power on, changing of modes, etc.5) Comes with a remote and battery for the remote.Pros:1) The massager is very nice and relaxing to lay on. It can be maneuvered in many different configurations to target the area of the massage.2) The rotating arms doing the massage, one arm is a little higher than the other so it feels nice going up and slightly down.3) Remote is very intuitive, and comes with a sticker on the back to let you know what the images mean.4) I personally like mode 2 the best, as it cycles from low, medium, high, medium, low and then changes direction and repeats.5) Massager comes with an attached adjustable stretchable strap so you can attached it to a chair.6) Massager does have a memory setting, so when you turn it on it will remember its previous mode and heat setting. This is convenient if you always use the same setting.Cons:1) My only real con is about the heat setting. The heat setting is either on or off, no intensity settings. The other thing is the heat doesn’t get what I think is hot enough to aid the relaxation during the massage. After laying on the massager for 10-12 minutes I took a temperature reading on it was registering between 91-92 degrees. To me its a very subtle heat, which means you won’t have the possibility of getting burned (which is good) but its also not strong enough to help relax the area. I wish I could increase the heat setting.Overall:I think this massager is a fantastic product, really high quality, and highly recommend you buy one if you are needing a massager. Just know the heat might not be the strongest, but the massaging feels amazing.

Quality Product, Excellent Customer Service
I really like this back massager. I like the versatility – it can be used anywhere from low back up to my neck. I am finding the upper back and neck massaging is helpful for headache relief. The three intensities and the heat option are great additional features. I did run into a problem with my first device which led to a replacement being shipped to me. I was surprised and very pleased how helpful the customer service representative was in managing this. My phone call was answered by a helpful human, clear, logical instructions were provided me to submit my email documenting the problem. Within days a replacement product was shipped to me and I am using it as I write. Thank you Bob and Brad for this great product and the very helpful customer service that is offered along with it. A winning combination!

It does work!
To start, this unit functions well as far as the kneading modules are concerned. The good: It came packaged securely. It is solidly built. The power cord is a decent length, but you may still need an extension cord depending, of course, on how far you are sitting from an outlet. The material that surrounds the unit is comfortable. It has two modes/directions during operation that is switchable, and itâs a âround Robinâ switchâ¦which means long press it once, it turns on and starts in one direction WITH heat, another short press and it changes direction, another short press and it goes back to the original direction WITHOUT heat, and another press and it again switches directionâ¦without heat. Long press it again to turn unit off. It has a built in 15 minute timerâ¦this feature is IMPORTANT if youâre like me and fall asleep while itâs running (it does feel great after a long day!). The âI wishâ list: I wish the heat was more pronounced. Most of the time I could hardly feel it. Iâd appreciate a remote controlâ¦or an in-line control switch maybe attached to the power cordâ¦so I didnât have to reach behind the unit and switch modes. Itâs not a very heavy unitâ¦but it does carry a bit of weight. But that adds to the sturdiness of the unit. Final thoughtâ¦I really like this product. They did a good job with quality and feel! The effectiveness of the unit significantly outweighs the subjective âI wishesâ! If you purchase this, youâll like it. Iâd definitely buy again!!

Amazing device!
I have followed B&B on YouTube for years, and have been helped so much with their information on my various ailments. So when I learned they had products available, I was so thrilled!I frequently have tension headaches and low back pain, so I purchased this massager. Iâve always loved the massage chairs at my nail salon, so I figured this would be something similar. Well, it is, but SO much better! The massager has a much firmer pressure, but not too much-just right to work the muscle tension away! The heat is the cherry on top-very low heat, but it really helps the massaging motion of the âballsâ. We laughingly call it our âtoothâ pillow because of its shape, but honestly we should call it our Hero pillow! So very glad we found this as well as other B&B products (I also purchased the massage gun-amazing as well!) Very highly recommended!!!

Love the shape, heat, and different rotations!
I like that this back massager is shaped differently than others as to hit different spots on your back. I also love that it has heat and is firm so it does not squish when you sit against it. It can be used for neck or back. It is great. It also can rotate either direction, which is a plus!! Great little back/neck massager after a long day. No complaints!
