Easy setup, perfect for rehab & building balance
Great for those with weak ankles, knee injuries, etc to continue PT at home, or just an addition to the home gym. Quality material, and it doesn’t smell like China. The base is sturdy, but not too heavy to move. Comes with a manual inflator, you can inflate to your comfort level. Easy setup. Bonus, they give an extra plug in case the first one gets lost. QR code and You Tube resources.

Easy to setup, strong and sturdy construction. Wow! this trainer makes my muscles work in new ways. I am using it as a ski trainer. It would be great for all sports. We will also use it for soccer and basketball training. Stop looking and buy this now. You will be impressed!

It’s Beneficial (but I hate it; promotes my physical therapy)!
Great addition to physical therapy at home and well-praised by the therapists that used it during my home recovery. Easy to setup however a bit heavy to drag around, and unless you deflate it after each use, it’s difficult to find somewhere to store it (deflates to a flat slab – keep the shipping box and you can place it back in there until next use). Definitely helpful in recovery, and now to be used for exercise routines.

Product looks and feels well made. Especially important for a product that is that is stepped on regularly. Product was as advertised.One downfall was that I had to return the first one. It was leaking lots of air.Return experience was excellent! No problems… very quick process and the second ball was on its way before i had a chance to return the first one.When i got the second product, i notice it leaks a small amount of air but still works fine. Satisfied with the product and it is working as expected.

Love My Bosu!
It’s what I have missed the most since not returning to the gym. I can’t fathom why I waited this long to buy one, but what’s that saying? Good things come to those who wait? I LOVE this product. It’s great for many exercises AND stretching. It’s easy on the joints… which, as we age, is key! It was super easy to inflate and has been holding it’s air. I like that it’s black – more forgiving (or stylish) in a home than the original blue – although I’m sure that’d work for those with colorful spaces. I think it comes is various colors now… I HIGHLY recommend this product! And, hey, it makes for a quick sit for putting on your skids, too!

After using Bosu balance trainers in the gym for years, I finally decided it was time to have one at home. These are so great for functional strength and mobility training.They are so versatile and can be adapted to so many workouts. There is a reason you see these in gyms and PT offices around the world; they work. Happy to have one in my home now.

el articulo llegó usado venÃa sucio y con mal embalaje pero al probarlo y comprobar que es un excelente entrenador para mejorar equilibrio y fuerza decidà quedarme con el, al cabo de una semana observe que el mismo articulo tenÃa un buen descuento decidà regresar el articulo y cambiarlo por otro igual, ahora con descuento. Ho acquistato il BOSU Balance Trainer per conto di mio cugino, e mi ha riferito di essere molto soddisfatto dellâattrezzo. à davvero utile per esercizi di equilibrio e funziona perfettamente per il suo allenamento.Tuttavia, è rimasto particolarmente deluso dalla spedizione; il corriere ha lanciato il pacco nel giardino, danneggiando la scatola e causando alcuni graffi sulla superficie del prodotto. Nonostante questo inconveniente, il BOSU è di ottima qualità e mio cugino ha deciso di tenerlo.Consiglio lâattrezzo, ma fate attenzione alla scelta del corriere!Voto 8.5 su 10.

There are lots of balance trainers on the market, but after doing some research I decided to go with BOSU. The getting started QR code is really useful and takes you straight to everything you need – the manual, videos on set-up, registering your warranty, and work-out videos. Even the outside of the box has a marker level of 8.5 inches so you have a guide for inflating it correctly. It seems really sturdy and built to last.

Net als in de gym, voelt de BOSU zeer stevig en degelijk aan. Oppompen was zo gebeurd. En nu lekker balanceren.
