The Extended reach is great.
The Lenght of the item is correct, the Diameter of the Tool end is to big. The ejection mechanism is worthless , The Paper will Not fall away as its advertised.

Useful but can break
I have bought several of these over the years. The design is useful overall, but the bottom where the user can drop used toilet tissue is badly designed, and often doesn’t work, It also brake easily, I one had one break a week after I got it.

My husband has had hip replacements and this is helpful as he is not able to twist or bend. Have purchased in the past and will continue to keep them on our list.

Not very reliable
You get what you at but when youâre 49 and having a spinal fusion you just want items to help with recovery. Maybe get gloves and a rubber band to hold the TP on the wand and gloves to take it off (donât flush the rubber bands) also that wand doesnât not need to be that girthy!
