The best of it’s kind!
If your looking for something to help you breath through your nose, especially at night sleeping. I have found nothing better. The clear are not Nearly as noticeable as the original tan. These are smaller and, well, clear. The adhesive is not are bullish as the tan ones are but they will last you 10 hours usually and maybe 12 – 15 hours. It’s adhesive is much easier to was off, YAY!The picture is after putting it on 9pm and pic is taken at 4pm the next day. Looking a bit raged but Still opening my nostrils.

These work great. They aren’t as strong-sticking as their other versions, which means I can use them every night without skin fatigue. People who sweat a lot will need a stronger adhesive.

Great for breathing but leaves a residue
As long as you clean the oil off your nose before applying these, they stick well for me. My breathing was instantly improved and wearing them overnight does seem to improve my quality of sleep slightly. Only issue is that in the morning when I take them off, they do tend to leave a bit of a sticky residue on your nose that requires washing to remove. Better than having them not stick though so Iâll take it.

Works well!
These work well, reduce the amount of stuffy nose I get during sleep, and are simply to apply. Washing your face beforehand so the adhesive sticks well is actually necessary, or else the edges can get a bit loose and produce minor irritation.

Buy the tan, these aren’t good
The strips really do help. I noticed the benefits more when I stopped using them and I was like WOW, I didn’t realize how much of a difference they made. I also somehow felt less congested and wouldn’t wake up as frequently in the middle of the night. It takes awhile to get the placement right. These seem way less sticky and less flexible than the tan ones I had before though. The clear material just doesn’t form as well and more frequently will come off at one corner sometime during the night and stop working.

Got this product due to my snoring problem. Slept with it once and I still donât know if it works. Didnât really stick well, maybe because my skin was oily but Iâll definitely give it another tryâ¦

Iâve been using Breathe Right Extra Clear Nasal Strips for a while now, and theyâve become a lifesaver for my nightly congestion issues. Unlike medications, these strips are completely drug-free, which is a huge plus for me. As soon as I put one on, I feel an immediate differenceâmy nasal passages open up, and I can breathe so much easier. The clear design is great too, almost unnoticeable, so I donât feel self-conscious wearing them.They stay on well throughout the night, even if I toss and turn, and theyâre gentle on my skin when removing them. These strips have made such a difference in my sleep quality, and I wake up feeling more rested because Iâm not struggling to breathe during the night. If you deal with nasal congestion, these are a must-have! Highly recommend trying them out.

Not as good as tan?
Works fine. I find the Breathe Right brand name works better than knock-offs/generics, which tend to fall off immediately. However, within Breathe Rights, I don’t know why, but the tan “extra strength” is stronger than the clear “extra strength”. If nose strips fall off a lot for you and you struggle with that, might want to go with the tans. However, I have found that the tan ones are so strong that they can only be removed safely by washing with warm water. These clear ones are fine but less strong. Sometimes they partially peel off by morning, but easy to remove simply by pulling.In terms of breathing, yes, Breathe Rights really, really improve my sleep, make me a quieter sleeper, and prevent my mouth hanging open and my lips from totally dehydrating.
