Delay Function: If the device encounters (electric power) voltage fluctuations, it will protect the appliance by providing the output until the voltage stabilizes. The “DELAY” indicator would be turned on to inform its user. The appliance would be delayed for 3 mins to confirm that the voltage is stable so that it could be re-established.
Working Principle: As there is an interruption in the current flow, the Voltage surge protector gives an interval of 3 minutes to allow the voltage to stabilize. Additionally, the Voltage surge protector provides protection against voltage spikes that can damage electrical equipment.

My coworker has one of these and highly recommended it since my town/neighborhood seems to get a lot of power surges for some reason. I connected it to my refrigerator since itâs the largest appliance thatâs in use 24/7 and Iâd hate to lose it in a surge. Iâve had 2 since I got mine two weeks ago and so far, so good. It takes a few minutes to reboot after losing power but it gives me peace of mind knowing itâll protect my refrigerator. I recommend it now too.

Cheap protection for your freezer and fridge.
We have numerous appliances that are filled with food. In our area we have numerous outages and surges, so protecting these appliances is important. They are a little difficult to us with flat plugs, but you can get them to work.
