Huge upgrade from mechanical.
I could barely stop my bike (Ozark trail ridge) with the mechanical disc brakes. Upgraded to these and they are 10x better. Smooth install no issues at all. I would definitely recommend upgrading from mechanical disc brakes to these!

Easy to install And work great for wheelies
These breaks are super they have great bite and are awesome for wheelies on a big ripper

So far so good
I just recently installed these on a cheaper mountain bike to upgrade the previous mechanical disc brakes. So far no complaints. I needed to adjust the brake lever reach screw a bit (as expected) but they’ve been solid on the 30 miles they’ve seen so far. I will update if any issues come up but right now, I’m very happy with these.

Not long enough for XL 29er
This wasn’t long enough for my XL Konai Lana’i. However, you will need new brake line and a bleed kit etc anyways if you want to internally route the cable. Also it may be a bit high at $100 for MT200’s but it was worth it to me being able to get it quickly with Amazon Prime.

Works great
Used with an adapter for my 2005 Trek, works fantastic and gets attention at the bike shop ð

Not as strong.
Installed straight out of the box with no bleeding or adjustments. Not as powerful as expected. I paired with my original front rotor and a new back rotor.

Great for folding ebike
These are great replacements for my folding ebikeâs brakes. The O-ring seals on the calipers of my rear brakes wore out which caused my brakes to leak and the lever to feel squishy and I had to bleed my brakes every few weeks, so I needed new brakes. These are good value for money and super easy to install on your own – no cutting or bleeding necessary! Just make sure theyâre long enough to work with your bike.It only took me about 10 minutes to take off my old brakes and install these.
