Sturdy and rattle free, fits my lifan 2500 generator thru the door ez. The lock rattles a little when unlatched but that’s inherent with this type of lock. I tightened it and it doesnt rattle while locked now. It is soo sturdy. Took me hours to cut a large hole with tin snips. Cutting it with a grinder cutoff wheel is almost harder to do than steel, since the aluminum just folds and melts over basically. If you add more locks, it could take a thief 30 mins to cut into this box bc it’s so thick. So it’s a great box. Waterproof, and rain drains thru the door hinge if you leave the door open in the rain, great design. The logo comes off easily. Nothing negative to sayabout it. Nice looking welds. It’s not perfectly square, though.

Good quality
Good quality but a bit pricey. Mounted it on the side of a snow blower truck to store chains and such. We’ll see how durable it is the next big snow.

Generator Fits
The box looks perfectly fine with no damage.I was able to fit my 4500W Champion inverter generator with some minor modification. All I had to do is remove the front lifting handle bar in order for the latch to close with no problem.Only thing I’m not to happy about is I wish the inside is what measured 24x24x24. If it did then I would not had to have removed the handle. In the end I’m happy it worked out and I don’t have to return the box.

I’ve tried steel and the cheaper aluminum and these are the best bang for the $
As you can see I ask quite a lot of my boxes. They have more load and more miles than you will probably ever put on them and they are holding up very well. 2 things will save you much stress and heartache. Expect some shipping damage and expect some leaks. They are water tight 99% of the time but pressure washers and tornados not so much and you can see how much dirt is in my small one. That’s mostly because there’s 200 pounds of tire chains that settle and push against the door. The other 2 stay clean and are normally dry. At the price point they can’t be beat and for vehicle applications aluminum is well worth the price difference over steel. I’ve got some much cheaper boxes on my camper but they would never hold up to commercial vehicle use.

Nice Tool box / Damaged Lock / Slight misalignment
This is my second Buyers tool box Iâve purchased in the last 2 months. I purchased this second one from Amazon which came packaged nicely. However, slight bend in the lock which makes you have to finagle and shove the key in order to lock/unlock it. Also, feels like the alignment for the door is off as it isnât smooth when open / closing it.Other than that, great tool box. Would recommend!

Look no further
I made the mistake of buying much less expensive tool boxes that were marked âheavy dutyâ, and in fact, I hate to admit that I did so multiple times. They were bending and just not right. Then, I bought from this company because of a small size I needed but was 3x the price. When I received it, the first thing I noticed was âMade in the USAâ. But I also realized at that moment I had wasted a bunch of money because this unit was in a class way above what I had purchased. I donât usually write reviews but I had to in order to save others from the same fate. Two days later, I ordered another to replace one recently purchased. The quality from weatherstripping to the lock mechanism to the thickness of the aluminum is beyond comparison in a great way!

Ok got money.
I’ve made the mistake of buying cheap tool boxes before and this one’s definitely not a cheap toolbox, it actually seems pretty nice, I didn’t especially like how much it costs. But this time around I actually ended up pretty lucky as it got damaged and shipping and they did give me a pretty good discount. I popped out the dent and honestly you can’t tell just by looking from 10 ft away or so. That’s plenty good enough for a work truck if you are putting it on something fancy you might not appreciate it. And in that case you might be kind of careful as the packaging is just a cardboard box so I imagine a lot of these get dented in transit. Well it’s looked to be some nice TIG welds but it is obvious they don’t do any extra polishing after assembly or anything. So overall not bad I would buy it again.

Not Weather Proof
I installed two of these Buyers boxes on my flatbed. I have put 5000 miles with them on and after driving through the rain one day I can say they are not weather proof. The rain got in both boxes and managed to destroy my battery impact and get everything else wet. I will say they are built well, the locks work well, handles and construction seem sturdy and they are made in the USA, all good things but spending $600.00 on two boxes that don’t do what they claim to do is frustrating. Don’t put anything that can’t get wet in them.

les serrures et clé ne sont pas très solide. Une des 2 a brisé après seulement 1 semaine.

After showing up late. I went to open the box and the box was locked. I could hear the keys jingling inside. Pretty disappointing.
