   I am obsessed with this gel face mask! This is by far the best self-care product I’ve added to my routine in a long time.    Fabulous
   The mask is a bit heavy, but has enough straps to hold it up nicely on the face. It’s cooling soothing and a pleasure to wear. It’s nice to have the opening for your eyes and mouth too. I recommend it.

   Poor design
   It’s fine, I suppose. Only, there are 2 velcro/elastic straps to hold it on. They’re meant to go round your head, but the lower one goes around your neck. Since my neck is obviously not the same circumference as my skull, the velcro is in the wrong place and does not fasten tightly enough at all. I’m confused on how to use it in that case. Otherwise, the quality is about what you’d expect, it seems sturdy.

   It doesn’t get as cold. When I put it on it really does not bend correctly. Not flexible to where it can sit right. You only feel it on some parts of your face
