Easy and delicious.
I absolutely love this espresso machine. Not only for making my coffee but using it for my tea and hot chocolate. Very simple and not so complicated with straight to the point buttons.I use this every single day and I’m telling you, it’s easy to use. I watched a video on YouTube and listen to the instructions. Because I am uncited but once I got the hang of the buttons, everything became so simple so yes, for all of you that can see, try this with your eyes closed. Love love love.

Good machine for the price point some scratches upon unboxing
I do like the sleek style and all the accessories that came with this. There is a bit of an issue with some of the buttons being “stuck” or just very difficult to press and get functioning. I do enjoy how quickly it heats up and it does pull consistent shots. You definitely have to adjust your grind the it’s liking. But once you’ve found its great… For the price. Easily clean up and sleek design. .

Awesome Machine!
Iâm far from a barista. However, I understand the value of a good coffee, grinder, and machine. Iâve been using this Casabrews machine for the last couple months. Paired with a Fellow Opus grinder and a digital scale, itâs easy to dial in the shot for that 25-30 second pull. I got this model because I love Americanos. This has the dedicated hot water wand on the left side which will dispense hot water and pull the shot at the same time basically. Saves a step of having to heat up water in another vessel. I purchased the extended warranty through Amazon because it is a âcheaperâ brand and I canât speak to the longevity on it. But so far itâs been great!!

Not as nice as I expected
This items appears to be used. There are plastic parts where there should be metal parts. It is scratched up, not sure if this happened during packing and delivery, but it appears to have been used. The water temp does not get very hot. You have to use very short cups/mugs as there is not a lot of height to this for normal sized mugs meaning 12 oz or larger. The tamper is heavy and made of good quality as is the frothing pitcher. I am aware that this is not top of the line, but there are better quality machines for around the same price. I am contemplating returning this, but I have already returned one machine and it was impossible to repackage it. I fear this one will be the same way. The espresso does taste good, but as I mentioned it is not very hot. I recommend shopping around for something different.

I’m having growing issues with this maker. I use a very dark roast that is very oily. That apparently clogs things up. And makes the machine not work. I have to soak my parts in a mild mix of vinegar to help unclog things from the excess oil. The machine was clogged in the filter head, too, from grounds, so I cleaned that. It recommended not tamping quite as hard, and using a coarser blend, too. I went too far and it tasted like my normal coffee, so there is a balancing act with this machine. I like it, and when I first got it, it made a very nice espresso. I just want to get back to that.

Great product at an awesome price
I was skeptical due to the price, but this is a great espresso machine. The 20 bar pump gets every drop of flavor from the grinds. Most machines at this price point skrimp with a 15 bar pump.

Failed just after return window closed. Product does not last long. Itâs cheaply made. Be aware.
