How to use：
1. Keep the lower edge of the cuff 0.8″-1.2″ (2-3CM) .
2. The trachea is on the inside of the arm and aligned with the middle finger.
3. The cuff should be placed on the arm at the same level as the heart.
4. Leave some space between the cuff and the arm. Make sure one finger can be inserted.
Precautions: The cuff is not placed in the correct position, which may affect the accuracy of the measurement.
Tips: If damage is found, the cuff should be replaced in time. The cuff should also be replaced. If the monitoring device displays a message indicating an air leak.
Cleaning and Disinfection: It can be cleaned with a damp cloth dampened with soapy water. It can be disinfected by wiping with 70% ethanol.

Way better than the original Omron cuff
Bought this to replace the stiff cuff that came with my Omron. Was more than pleased with how easy it is to use and how well it works. Some reviews complain it painfully overflates, but that only happens when the cuff gets uneven in the metal guide bar used when sizing the fit. This would happen with any cuff. Readings are consistent with the original cuff and it’s much easier to get the right fit..

Quick delivery. Fits my larger arm. Reason for 1 less star is that the hose adapters did not work with my CVS monitor. I was able to take it from the CVS armband and fit it into this one. Seems to give accurate measurements. Hasn’t squeezed my arm painfully like my old one. Glad to have a comfortable way to track blood pressure at home.

I bought my BP monitor at the local store and found that the cuff my machine came with was a bit small. I’m glad I found this cuff and now can comfortably take my BP at home. I’m really pleased with this item.

Works well with our Omron machine
My wife had issues using the standard FL31 cuff on our machine, her arm was too small to reliably get enough of the Velcro to stick causing frequent false readings. I decided to try this smaller cuff. It comes with an assortment of fittings to fit various machines. The one for our machine was one of them, I pressed it in the tube end and into the machine, it worked perfectly the first time and each time since, problem solved. The fitting provided has a slightly smaller ID than the factory fitting for the OEM cuff so it fills a little slower. The machine recognizes this and adjusts, so everything works perfectly. We’ve checked the readins against the ones in the doctors office, it’s quite accurate. Recommended.
