Simple Setup

Good Projection
This little projector is lacking in quality, however, it does do a good job at the actual projection. It does require slight assembly that is not difficult, however, screwing in some of the pieces makes the wire just get twisted around it so I think it could use some better construction. The main reason to get this projector is for the snow falling and it does show up well, and the snowflakes are pretty and move at a good pace. It’s great decoration for the Holidays.

Create a nice effect but have limitations
This pair of snowflake projector lights works, and can produce the lovely effects shown on its Amazon page, but the system is pretty basic and therefore has some limitations. The good news is that you can adjust the direction of each lamp independently. But there is no on/off switch â as near as I can tell you turn it on by plugging it in, and you turn it off by un-plugging it. The lenses on the projectors are not adjustable, a feature that would probably be useful depending on how far you are attempting to project. Another limitation is that the light level is sufficient for a fairly short distance, but I have doubts about installing them to project outside on a wall fairly far away. It was pretty easy to put together and the set will be fairly stable when placed on pretty much any flat surface, which means that they can be set up inside the house. But a stake is also included so that they can be installed in the ground (albeit not much above ground level). Readers may want to take into account that I am not putting up any decorations this early in the holiday season, so all that I describe is based on use inside my house. Inside, the projection distance was fairly short and they provided a lovely effect projected on a wall â one that would really add to the holiday spirit in an area that is not too brightly lit.

Nice snowflake lights!
I am very happy with these snowflake lights! When they arrived, I wasnt too sure about it since the box makes it look a little janky but after putting it together and plugging it in, I see that it is actually nice! The projector was very easy to put together and I like that the two lenses are each movable to direct where I want them to go. The snowflakes do swirl around as opposed to falling but it is very pretty to see. I appreciate that the snowflakes are clear (unlike some projectors that make the image foggy) and cant wait to put it outside with my Christmas decorations.

I got the snowflake projector, and am using it inside the house on a wall. Looks nice and sets the scene inside for the holiday season. It comes with a plastic spike that you can use to place outside but we just have too much rain and cold here that I am not sure it would last long. Says it can be used outdoors but we like it inside.
