   Skin drinks this in with no residue
   Love this moisturizer. It is hydrating without being greasy or oily. A little goes a long way and my skin loves it. I have combo skin and I use it all over my face. One note about the packaging. It’s a glass bottle now and the plastic cap won’t support the weight if you pick it up like I do by the cap. I’ve dropped it several times by picking it up by the cap and the glass falling before I can catch it. Frustrating. Now I don’t grab the top of the bottle, but the bottle. It doesn’t look like the picture. New packaging. Still a wonderful product for moisturizing and helping my skin brighten and stay clear.

   Nice consistency
   Love it so far. I really like it’s not too thick or to thin. Absorbs nicely into the skin. Also it’s very concentrated so a pea sized amount is enough

   Damaged goods and lost money.
   As a returning customer who adores this brand’s face wash, I eagerly decided to explore their lotion. Unfortunately, my excitement turned into disappointment upon receiving the broken product. Despite attempting to request a replacement, it appears that it is not an option and to obtain a refund, I must return the damaged item. Disappointed with results.

   Halfway through bottle, pump stopped working
   This is a very nice moisturizer; however, with about half the product left, the pump has stopped working. I tried to clear the pump, but still doesn’t work. I’ve shaken the bottle vigorously to try to get some of the product out, but that hasn’t worked either. And the bottle is glass, so I can’t cut the container in half as I would do if it was plastic, and scoop out the product with a spatula. It’s now past the return date, so I’ve wasted money. Frustrating. I will not buy this moisturizer again.
