Excellent Surprise
I have used a Cuisinart coffee maker for 15 years. It was time to replace so I started looking for all the new coffee makers. I always look on Amazon for best rating when looking for a product to purchase. I couldn’t believe when this brand showed up. I loved that the features were the ones i use. adjust temp of coffee, timer for turnoff when done, 1-4 cup brew, uses cone filters. So I gave it a shot. I have used this coffee maker everyday for the past 3 weeks. It is perfect for me. Love the taste of the coffee.what a difference from my old Cuisinart. This coffee maker disperses the water evenly over the coffee, I think that is why you get a rich flavorful brew. Its never bitter, piping hot as you can adjust the temp. I also like that the warmer counts down so you know when it is about to shut off. No drips from the carafe when you pour. Very light weight easy to move around on my counter. I can’t believe I found this gem!!!!!

Makes an excellent cup of coffee, easy directions for settings from auto off settings to brew settings, plus has a reusable filter. However would suggest the reusable filter be black not white. Otherwise Iâm very pleased with the coffeemaker

This perfect coffee maker was delivered fast and the box intact.It’s a s to sleek, minimal appearance, although the transparent water fill indicator is on the wrong side. Not enough of an upset warranting return.This has easily fit/seated together parts with the feel of non-flimsy material. I’m pleased with the ease of unboxing, the 2 steps to get it assembled… But the instructions are a disaster!It took me several extra minutes to decipher and get the clock, brew time, plate default temperature. Why? Here’s an example of the entire 6 pages:Pot carafe not do knock against sink breakage scary. Numbers are clock used time set but wait we will until 6 page. Parts please warm sudsy water wash before complete using time first.Lol!!!! All the English words were in their proper sentence but if you’re tired as i was during assembly… You’ll grind your teeth from the deciphering of the homicide of direction book. It was just short of too much for my tired old self to be attempting that night. It was much more fun and my laugh genuine upon next day review.Other than the crazy making instructions.. i like this coffee system. It’s price matches what i paid. No complaints.

Item arrived damaged/broken twice
Coffee maker arrived completely cracked. A replacement was sent that was also damaged, the handle of the pot was broken.

Makes GREAT coffee
This machine is magnificent physically (including the best carafe) and is extremely ambitious. I am keeping it for the quality of the brewed coffee. It has a “strong coffee” setting that is wonderful, spraying the steam around to eliminate the ability of water to tunnel thru the coffee. Nobody else tries this hard and the result is superb coffee.

Coffee is good, but not user friendly
First, note that you can’t use paper filters alone, only with the supplied conical reusable. Not great, but can live with. Second, there are no markings on the carafe itself only on the tank, so good luck if you use a water cooler, I’ll have to mark it myself. Then there is the weird touch screen. To make strong coffee you are supposed to press “1-4” (why???) then “brew” and guess what lights up on display: “medium”. Took me some time to understand they just don’t have “strong” light, “medium 1-4” would have to do. ð
