Fantastic boots especially with your own orthotics!
I used these boots for numerous days of walking and hiking in Peru. They were even comfortable enough for sitting in the airplane for an overnight flight. There was not much of a breaking in period needed. The only time that I found them to be a bit slippery was on smooth tile surfaces such as in a restaurant or bathroom. I climbed up Machu Pichu with them and up many uneven large stone steps. I recommend that you order at least one half size larger if not one size larger and that you pair them with medium weight merino wool socks and the orthotics of your choice. Using orthotics with arch support will pull your toes up and away from the ends of the boots.They are waterproof and still look great after traversing through dusty and dirty areas. The laces and grommets allow you to easily adjust the fit.Comfortable, perfect for all season wear, great traction, attractive, not too âglommyâ looking, suede leather, waterproof, suitable for medium width, durable – all of these apply. Great ankle support and suitable for women of all shapes and sizes!

Excellent Shoe – Well Made – Sizing is Small
Love this boot! So well made, especially for the price. Insole is thin, no cushion; I would buy a good cushion insole.Could not keep these. These are definitely not Wide. These are a Medium width and 1/2 size short. These fit like 8 1/2 not 9.

Great hiking shoes in multiple terrains
I bought these for a trip I just came back from and they were perfect for hiking. We hiked in rainy weather and in snow and these were completely waterproof, so great! I took everyoneâs advice and ordered a half size larger than I normally wear, which was perfect! After a 9 mile hike in snow and ice, my feet felt perfectly fine and I didnât have to break them in or anything. Highly recommend.

Comfy but not as supportive as Iâd like
Iâm going to Iceland in the spring and have been searching for the perfect comfy, supportive, waterproof boot. The reviews for these boots were great, so I got them to try on. They were super comfy and fit nicely while walking around my house, but the toe box felt like an athletic shoe, soft and not as supportive as I know I will need – I could see my foot pronating inward when I stepped. The ankle support was there, just not at the foot. And I knew this would cause pain for me down the road.Iâve been trying on a lot of boots and one thing I really liked about these was that the laces were ⦠grippy? When you lace them up and tighten the lower laces, they pretty much stay tightened while you work your way up. Other boots the laces slip as soon as you let the pressure off.I will say I liked them enough to review them and if I was getting these for light hikes or running around town, Iâd be keeping them. But they just arenât what Iâm looking for for this trip so they will be going back.

Little tight ,but otherwise a good choice. Slip resistant and water proof, good ankle support. Bought for work as delivery person as alternative to bulky snow boots. Keeping feet warm and dry so far

The boots are very comfortable. But be careful of what colour you choose. I picked by the picture and received the colour written. They donât match. So technically received but I ordered but the shoes do not match the picture advertised. Disappointed as not what I wanted.That being said the boots are really comfortable.
