   Beautiful packaging Powerful Modern
   The package came beautifully and the device is very powerful. It warmed up within 30 seconds. It came with a silk storage bag and charging cable. I do like that it is cordless so I don’t need to find extra plug to plug this thing into the wall. I can just pull it out from cabinet and start using without the cord tangling around. I took one star off because it is not that easy to straighten hair out with it being like a hair comb instead of the traditional prong style. My hair was having “fly-away” and it was hard to get it “combed down” with the device kinda like a hair comb. I think the traditional one that squeeze the hair in between the heating board is easier for my type of needs but if you not having fly away like me, try it. You will enjoy the modern and effective hair straightener

   It Works Like a Charm!
   This is an incredible hair straightening tool. I tested it on my brother’s hair, which is waist length, and his hair went from messy bedhead to a sleek curtain of silk in what felt like no time at all. It’s easy to use, it’s easy to charge, and it’s fairly difficult to accidentally burn yourself. 100/10!

   Convenient for travel/work/car/home,cordless, very efficient and fast hairstyling on the go!
   Very satisfied with this straightener brush! Saves a lot of time during busy mornings! I was able to straighten my hair in about 8 minutes (12 minutes with final touch-ups)! Since my hair is straight and has medium length, I braided it in the evening, and kept the braid until late afternoon to mimic wavy hair. The brush has 6 heat settings to work on different hair types. I think it may take longer for curly or coily hair, also the length of the hair matters. One charge takes about 5 hours, and will last you for 3-5 styling sessions, depending on the hair length and type. Very convenient on the go – no need for an outlet, no more tangled or broken cord! Took a point off for the auto shut-off feature ( according to the description it is a safety feature to prevent accidental burns, supposed to “shut off after 10 minutes of inactivity”, however, in my case it turned off within 2 minutes after I placed it on the counter. Not sure if they meant auto shut off every 10 minutes for safety measures? in my case auto shut off happened exactly on 10th minute, when I put the brush down and brushed my hair with a regular hairbrush to check the ” work” and do more final touches where needed. I think it may be a litle annoying to turn the brush on every 10 minutes when working with a wavy/coily, long hair. Overall, I like the safety feature (imagine u forget to turn it off when leaving the house?) this wiil be very handy to have a piece of mind that auto shut-off will happen after ” 10 minutes of inactivity”. For some reason, in my case it didn’t work as described, maybe it needs more testing or description clarification from the manufacturing. Other than that very satisfied with the cordless straightener brush. Very convenient that you can style your hair on the go (traveling, at work, or even in your car)! Note: just retested the brush: 12:50 pm turned on the unit; 12:52 pm got a signal it’s ready to use; straightened my bangs, 12:53 pm put the unit down: 13:00 got the signal and the brush turned off. Verdict: turns off 10 minutes after you turn it on.

   Well-Balanced, Well-Designed Straightener. Beats Conventional Heated Brush.
   Because I woke up with fly-away hair, I decided that I would conduct a comparison “test” between my heated brush device and this Goolioo hair straightener. My goal was to straighten my hair, making it appear smooth, which I usually do with the heated brush. Of course, they both work, but I have to say that this Goolioo unit heats faster, has more settings than my brush and most other devices I have used; it gives you six heat levels to choose from. It has simple controls—an off/on button and a heat level button with lights to indicate range. My hair straightened more quickly with the Goolioo but the amount of hair I can run through its vanes is less than I can catch up in the brush, so the process with the Goolioo is a bit slower. I believe that this would be the case as compared to a flat iron, as well. In the end this Goolioo device wins over a heated brush. It is highly efficient—heats quickly and is easy to clean. My hair was smoother than with the brush. How it might compare to a flat iron requires another “test,” but I like this little appliance. Its handle is perfectly round and there is some heft to the unit. I would not call it light for its size. These two factors actually make it seem like a quality product; it fits perfectly in my hand and does not seem fragile or “cheap.” It came charged so I don’t know what the charging time is, but have used it now on five different occasions and it is functioning as well on the fifth use as it did the first time, I used it. I would probably choose a lighter hair straightener to travel with this Goolioo device it is a bit heavier than I like as a carry-on item, and I watch the weight of all items I put in carry on and other luggage. But it is attractive enough that it can sit on my bathroom counter where I will charge it.
