versatile, cordless and hands free
I am reviewing the Cordless Red Light Knee Massager with Heat that is used for helping with Pain Relief. It is actually a device that I used for multiple areas including my knees, calves, thighs, shoulders and biceps. I love the heating option and I used it as a heat wrap as well as a massage tool. It has several massage modes to choose from so you can find the right one that helps with pain relief. It was a buzzing and pulsation type of massage that actually felt relaxing to me. You can use the heat alone, the massage alone or use them together. You can even adjust the heating temperature and set a timer for when you want it to turn off. The instructions state that it has 5 vibration massage modes, 6 adjustable heat levels: 40â, 45â, 50â 55â, 60â, 65â; and 6 timer options:20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and 45 minutes. I like that it’s fairly hands free, you just attach it to where you want the heat or massage to go and turn it on and then go about your business. One thing to note is that the actual massager has medium size straps that were a bit too small for my knee and shoulder, however the set included 2 extension straps that I could easily attach to make it the right size as needed. I did not need the extensions on my bicep or calf area, just for the Knee, Thigh, and shoulder area. It was easy to take the straps on or off so it was not a big deal. It comes in a nice box where I can keep everything together. It charged up quickly and the charge lasted for a couple hours on high heat and massage. It’s a nice addition to my therapy tools to help with pain relief.

It’s easy to use and it works.
I really like this thing and it can run several sessions before recharging is required but could only give 3 (three) stars because of missing strap(s) which is causing fitment issues. The lower strap ends on the device are not very long and do not stretch much. Mine came with just 1 (one) short extension strap though the produce details show it should have additional short and long extension straps. It’s a great device but it should come with 2 (two) of the shorter (12″) extension straps and 1 (one) long strap for use on the shoulder.

Versatile Massaging with Red Light Therapy
This massager is very versatile and can be used for knees, elbows, and shoulders. I really like how adaptable it is. There are 6 different red light/heat settings and 5 massage modes. I will be using this frequently on my tennis elbow and my husband will be using it on his knees. The fact that it is portable/rechargeable/cordless is the icing on the cake!
