Iâm not sure if I just got a good one or those giving a bad review got a bad one.Iâm big dude. This fits me. I have to wear a t-shirt or it gets too hot. The vibration feel good and goes all the way through.Iâm very satisfied. Had multiple rotator cuff repairs on each shoulder. This device reduces the pain after use.Hopefully, it keeps working but I got the 3 year service just in case.

Heat Works Well, But Lacks Massage Functionality
I recently purchased the Cordless Shoulder Heating Pad with Vibration, hoping it would provide some much-needed relief for my shoulder tension. While the heat function works well, I was ultimately disappointed with the product’s performance, particularly regarding the massage feature.Effective Heat TherapyThe heating aspect of this shoulder wrap is impressive. It heats up quickly and provides a nice, soothing warmth that helps relax the muscles. I found it effective for warming up my shoulder area and easing tension, which is why I gave it a few stars.Limited Massage FunctionHowever, the vibration function, which I was really looking forward to, is hardly noticeable. I expected a more substantial massage effect to complement the heat, but the vibrations felt weak and ineffective. Instead of providing relief, it felt more like a gentle buzz that didnât do much for my shoulder tension.Overall DisappointmentUnfortunately, the lack of effective massage left me feeling unsatisfied. I was hoping for a combined heating and massage solution, but it simply didnât deliver. After trying it out, I decided to return it the same day, as it didnât provide the relief I was seeking.Final ThoughtsWhile the heat function of the Cordless Shoulder Heating Pad is commendable, the overall lack of an effective massage feature significantly undermines its value. If youâre looking for a product primarily for heat therapy, this could work for you, but if youâre seeking relief from tension through massage, Iâd recommend looking for a different option. Doesn’t Get Hot Enough To Soothe Pain
The pad doesnt get anywhere close to hot enough to soothe pain and you can barely feel it on high setting. Unit says it has a setting for the massager to remain on, but when you select that setting it turns on and off. The unit it set to celcius by default and when you hold the buttons down to change it to farenheight it doesnt swap over, no matter how long you keep the buttons pressed. The one good thing is that its wireless so im not stuck in a chair all day. However the unit is made in china which means quality is low, and it shows. I will be returning the heat pad for a better quality pad that works.Edit 6/10/24: I have given this afew more days to see if anything changes and sadly nothing has. It still doesnt get hot enough to soothe pain and it is rather flimsy, it doesnt really support my shoulder well to compress it. I suffer from multiple rotator cuff tears and this product just doesnt work.

I have shoulder pain that is yet undiagnosed pending MRI, but I’ve been pretty miserable for a couple weeks. I was advised to get a heating pad and after reading all the reviews I picked this one, it was pricey! So I expected a lot. upon arrival it looks very chinsy and cheap. I put it on and was immediately disappointed. It did not appear to get hot at all and the vibrations were in all the wrong spots. however, I played with it and repositioned it a lot and finally found the sweet spot and Woo Nelly! Finally some relief. I would say this product is overpriced, however the way that it sits firmly and tightly where you need it to sit is worth the money. And when you finally do get the sweet spot it is so worth it! It is soothing relief baby! Plus you get to look like a cyborg.

Not a Fan
There are several things about this shoulder brace that I donât like.1. The fabric stains your clothing and has a strong odor.2. Short battery life and takes hours to charge.3. Difficult to get it to fit properly.4. Vibration buttons are closer to the neck than the shoulder.5. Heat levels seem to all be the same.6. Buttons to activate heat and massage are not easy to locate because they are touch sensitive and you canât see or feel them on the dark smooth plastic surface. Symbols are the same color as the surface.I do not recommend this brace!
