Perfect for camping.
This is a decent little grill. No tools were needed to assemble, the only assembly is the feet and they snap onto the legs. Good size for camping and tailgating. Everything locks closed for storage and transport. It has a built-in igniter and has a grease trap tray that locks into place that you clean out before you pack it up. The legs have two different height adjustments not counting that you can leave it folded up sitting on a table and still grill with it. I would definitely purchase it again.

Great Little Grill
This grill works great and cooks evenly. It’s only two of us and this is all we need.

Good quality…..a little shaky
Ordered this for tailgates and a back up for our camping trips. Legs of grill could be of better quality as it moves a bit more than I expected when in use. Compact in size and easy to store and transport. Cooks food well. Easy to clean.

Worth it!
Great little grill. Compact yet amazingly functional.

Compact with generous cooking space.
We love to camp and have had portable grills in the past. What I like about this one is it has legs so you don’t have to put it on a table or on the ground. The legs are sturdy and fold and slide in, making it very compact for transporting.

missing grate
We don’t know how well this works because it arrived without the grill grate. Very disappointing as we were all set to grill tonight. Instead I spent too long trying to fill out Cuisinart “support” website, but that doesn’t seem to be working. Then I called support number provided by Amazon for Cuisinart. Turns out that number doesn’t provide missing parts (although Amazon provides it as support for problems including missing parts). After finally reaching person at that number, I was told I had to call another number another day (only open till 5 p.m.). I will update rating/review when/if we get the missing part and can actually use the grill.Still donât have grate but more disappointment re customer service. Phone number given by Cuisinart was not generally helpful (went to âweâre too busy to deal with youâ message), but it did give email address where I could submit request for missing part. Why wasnât I provided the correct contact info by Amazon or when I called the 1st Cuisinart number I was given? Purchasers shouldnât be made to traverse a step-by-step treasure hunt just to reach customer service.Very frustrating that after finally reaching someone who would take responsibility for sending missing part I was told it would be 3 days till âorderâ was processed and that it would then be shipped regular/slow mail. So weâre without a useable grill for at least a week, despite â2 dayâ delivery promise for the original order. Cuisinart should have shipped the missing grate immediately and via priority, given that they messed up by not including it in the box in the first place. Amazon & Cuisinart need to improve communication regarding customer service contacts.

Works well, but it’s a pain to use. Tall folks need some knee pads.
I bought this to take along in our RV for grilling while we’re out camping. Our camper has a LP port with an outdoor kitchen area, so I just hook this little thing up and away we go. So far, cooking has been nice with good temperature control. It fits pretty nicely in our RV storage compartment. The grill is short. I’m an average-sized guy and it comes up to about my waist. If you’re a tall person I would say you might want to get some blocks or a knee pad unless you like bending over.My biggest complaint is just the clunkiness. It’s designed to be portable… but it’s not designed that way very well. You can tell the engineers put some thought into it but it’s almost like they never bothered to actually take it out and use it anywhere. The legs fold up and slide into the underside of the grill, and they’re offset so they slide next to each other to make it compact. That’s great, except they won’t friggin stay put. They keep sliding out like wings sticking out the sides as I’m trying to carry it around. Carrying it is a chore because of this, and because it’s not balanced very well it’s like trying to lug a toddler around. There’s also a drip tray that slides in underneath, but there’s no retention of any kind, so it also falls out regularly. It’s like driving an old car with parts falling off as it’s going down the road. The setup is a bit clunky as well since there’s really no way to hold the grill with one hand while you’re trying to slide the legs out with the other. The legs just don’t… stay… where you want them. Ever. If you want them in, they want to come out. If you want them out, they want to go in. Getting them in the right spot and then trying to lock them in place is a struggle. Once they’re locked open and down on the ground they’re pretty sturdy for the type of grill it is though. At this price point and in this size… this is really the best option. It does work, and if you’re willing to deal with just a little frustration during setup and teardown it should serve you well. We’re still using it on every outing we have, so it’s worth it to me.

The best small grill
This thing is just the right size, easy to use,I am able to set on table(outside)or Iâll set it on ground.Iâm able to grill 4 chicken thighs and 3 chicken legsat a time.Iâve injoyed it so much I use it every week.looks like Iâve injoyed so much that Iâm ready to take it camping,Iâve put a five gallon tank on it.Iâve set a cast iron plate on the grate and it makes the golden skin of chicken look very nice and cooking oil,so that it doesnât stick.
not enough power to chop up anything frozen. –
Size is great and good quality

I bought this as a damaged box unit and I have had really good luck in the past with the damaged box items, this was in new condition but for someone had used it prior to returning it and didn’t clean it so had a bit of a task cleaning the slobs fish pieces off the burner grate and sides but when i did behold just like a brand new unit worked first try and heats great, well worth the discount price I paid, about 1/2 price so just love it as it’s just the right size for two of us here.

Overall, I’m utterly happy with this grill for its portability, telescopic stand, cooking quality and easy cleanning. The only reason I’m taking one star away is that feet lock mechanism is a permanent failure when it comes to extending the legs. Sometimes it takes way too long to set it up. And second issue is the ignition – it normally doesn’t ignite from the first attempt.Update: be very careful when using the grill cleaning spray. If you get it on the painted cover, it causes discoloration or total removal of the paint in spots where cleaning solution remained longer than few minutes.

Its cute, it’s versatile, it’s chique and it’s somehow both strong and dainty – and then you go to move it hahaha! She’s clunky and a tad awkward to adjust. She can also sound quite ‘rattley’ in the car while driving so you won’t want to forget your beach blanket when you travel with this bad boy to tuck it in to place. Overall this is a wonderful little addition to the car camping gear collection!
