Explore all of the endless possibilities you can create with the Cuisinart 3-in-1 Pizza Oven Plus! This one-of-a-kind unit combines 3 cooking functions in to one appliance; Pizza Oven, Griddle, and Grill. PIZZA OVEN As a pizza oven, the unit features a 13″ cordierite pizza stone which retains and distributes heat evenly across the surface for a perfectly cooked crust every time. The stone is secured by pegs on the bottom of the grill grate that not only keep it centered in the oven, but slightly raise it off the surface to allow for natural convection heat around the pizza. The pre-set pizza temperature setting let’s you cook with confidence knowing you are at the perfect temperature for pizza cooking. The thermometer includes a “Pizza” zone that has a corresponding setting on the dial. Once the thermometer reaches the Pizza zone, simply turn the dial to the pizza setting and you’re ready to cook. GRIDDLE The heavy-duty, cast iron griddle plate offers up to 230 sq. in. of cooking space and gives you the versatility to cook breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The grease drain hole on the griddle plate is located directly above grease cup, so grease is routed directly towards the cup. This significantly cuts down on grease build up and potential flare ups when grilling. GRILL With up to 260 sq. in. of cooking space and a 15,000 BTU burner, this grill can match the performance of any full size unit. The cast iron griddle plate provides maximum heat retention and even heating across the surface. With temperatures reaching over 700° F you’ll be able to get that restaurant-quality sear right at home! DUAL-HINGED LID The dual-hinged lid design features a drop down pizza oven door that allows for easy access in to the oven with minimal heat loss. This allows for a more efficient pizza cooking process. The lid also acts like a standard grill lid, flipping up and down, allowing for greater cooking versatility while griddling and grilling. COOKING SURFACE STORAGE Easily switch to griddle or grill mode by simply swapping out the cooking surface for whatever function you want to use. When not in use, all of the cooking surfaces neatly pack away on the storage shelf below, keeping all components together. The travel-friendly design of the 3-in-1 Pizza Oven Plus allows you to easily pack it in to the trunk of your car and will be the star of your next BBQ, tailgate, or camping trip! With all of this cooking versatility, you’re going to need the fuel to keep up. That’s why the 3-in-1 Pizza Oven Plus comes equipped with a gas hose for a 20 pound propane tank, so you can keep on cooking throughout the day! Very Fun and Useful
I have wanted a pizza oven for ages. They were all too expensive til this one came along. I love the pizza stone and it gets very hot. Pizza’s in 8 minutes! And fun to make your own. Yes there are hot spots which I imagine they all have so you have to rotate the pizza. But the crust comes out crispy and delicious. I use a pre-made crust because it is easier but get very creative on the cheese and toppings. Haven’t used the grill or griddle yet but they seem heavy duty which is needed for those items. I LOVE it!

Exactly What I Wanted
This product is exactly what I wanted. It is self igniting and easy to light. We use the pizza stone at least 2 times a week and the pizza turns out perfectly every time – it takes about 10 minutes on high for the amount of toppings we use. The grill function works great. We’ve had it for months and use it often and have yet to need to buy more propane. The only thing is the heating can be a bit uneven so you have to move things around/turn your pizzas. It is easy to clean and you cah just remove parts to scrub. It is fairly heavy but we bought a rolling cart to move it on and that has been working well. Overall a great product for the price.

Great for pizza and a lot more
We love this thing. Got it for for Christmas 2023 to make home-made pizza at home. We soon fell in love with it and the versatility it offers with the additional grill and griddle options that we decided to take it camping with us summer 2024 and leave our heavier and bulkier 17″ Blackstone griddle at home. Bought the Cuisinart cover for it, which fits it perfectly and stays on thanks to the Velcro tie downs. We’re now camping and so glad we have this, as we will use it more than we did the Blackstone. This is a great product.

Good and Bad
Not all modes work as good.Pizza oven: 4 starsThis is the best mode but not as good as a dedicated pizza oven. Typical of using a pizza stone that is close to the same size as the pizza the heat rise around the edges of the stone. Standard 12″ frozen pizza on 13″ stone. The edges of the pizza will cook much faster and get crisper than the center. Also, it is a cheaper ceramic stone and not the more durable cordierite one. Still, it is a standard size and easily replace when it breaks.Grill: 3 starsIt is OK for a really hot grill but cannot be turned down much. This is a single burner unit. It is sized for the pizza oven mode but it too large for a low temperature grill. The flame spreader does a reasonable job but there are still some hot corners.Griddle: 1 starThe griddle has a rough surface. Everything sticks to it. Bacon is OK but forget trying to do eggs. All is not lost. It has a rough surface coating but under it is a nice piece of cast iron. I used a quick strip disk and got off most of the coating. An orbital sander got rid of what was left behind. A Dremel tool took care of the corners. The surface has raised letters labeling the back side. They really catch all kinds of sticky stuff and cannot be cleaned. I sanded them smooth. With some work and typical conditioning for a cast iron cookware it came out really nice. Maybe a lot of work. One thing that cannot be fixed easily it the drain hole in front. As others have noted it is like trying to work around a blow torch. Very, very dangerous. The griddle is made to drain through the hole and drip into the bottom of the grill. The sheet metal is folded to direct it to a hole over a grease cup. It is a real pain to clean out afterward (as others have noted). There are 2 holes but the rear one is not over the grease cup. I am going to put the griddle in with the hole to the back. I am going to try and make a piece of foil to catch the drip and guide it to the hole. I will probably have to put a larger grease cup under it. I give myself a 50/50 chance.Portability and Weight. You would think as a tabletop unit it would be somewhat portable. It is not even close. In total it very heavy. The grill and griddle are heavy cast iron. Along with the pizza stone are more than half the weight. I got a bag for a Camp Cheff griddle for them. Griddle Carry Bag, Mediumhttps://www.amazon.com/dp/B099WPWH7N?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details I got another bag for the unit itself. DURASACK Heavy Duty Home and Yard Waste Bag 48-Gallon Woven Polypropylene, with Reinforced Carry Handles.https://www.amazon.com/dp/B092Z8MLR5?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_detailsIt is big and bulky but just about the right fit. The unit really is that big. The size is what you pay for the unit being very stable. You will probably need a stand for it. Make sure it is big enough to handle the size and strong enough to handle the weight. I put it at the end of standard all wood 6 foot picnic table. It fits well but takes up almost half the table. I do not think it would be safe on some of those light weight picnic tables.

Absolutely love this
I only use the barbecue grill so far and it works great! I have not used flat top riddle. I am planning on using the pizza oven this weekend! Super excited!

Quick and easy
We love this pizza oven! Use it at least once a week for pizza night. Makes great pizza, very quickly. Only problem we had is when we received it a few months ago the grate that holds the pizza stone in place was broken. But it was a straight break and when we placed it in place it still held the stone in place.I haven’t used the grill feature but maybe we will try it. We got it as I was house sitting for a friend and they had one. I used it and loved it. We had a link but my family didn’t like it as it always charred the top of the pizza too much

Pizza and everything else too!
There are so many pizza ovens out there that are too expensive and only do pizza. This things cooks the pizza perfect and you can also use it as a regular grill and it has the stone for cooking pancakes, efs , bacon..whatever. We took it camping and cooked everything on it! Steaks, burgers, and breakfast!
