   Solid curling iron; heats up quickly; reasonable price for ceramic
   This is a review for the DAN technology 1 inch ceramic hair curling iron (ASIN: B0D5Y9WXCY). The price was $19.99 when I ordered it. This seems to be a good quality curling iron. It has 3 temp settings, heats up quickly, and has the handy cool tip to protect fingers on the end. This is the first ceramic curling iron I have owned and so far I like how it feels on my hair. Seems less harsh heat somehow. I do wish it had more heat settings. I typically use a bigger barrel for looser curls, but this 1” barrel adds options for tighter curles in places. Overall it works as advertised, seems well built and durable, and has a comfortable handle. The price seems reasonable for a ceramic curling iron compared to others I have priced.

   Takes pretty long to heat up. Even on its hottest setting, I think it should be able to generate more heat than it does. Hinge mechanism is a little stiff. Curling surface is smooth. No safety concerns or suspicions based on you so far.

   Great Value
   This is a very good curling iron and for the $19.99 price it will be hard to beat the value. It heated up fast enough and has 3 heat settings. The barrel is coated and slides through my hair easily without any snagging. The clamp is a bit stiff but I’m sure will loosen up with use. It’s also duel voltage if you plan to travel with it. Overall I’d recommend this curling iron if you’re on a budget or just need a basic good functioning curling iron.

   Curling Iron made by DAN Technology, a company that specializes in a large range of hairdressing tools. I have a drawer full of fancy hair tools but I nearly always just need a 1″ curling iron which is perfect for my short hair. I do not need a lot of fancy features just 3 essentials and this has them. Different heat settings, this has 3. A cold finger pinch end for safe holding and a built in stand so it doesn’t melt my counter top. It looks pretty and it is $20. My photos show how straight my natural hair is & how I like to just quickly pass it through for a couple of natural loose waves with this curler.

   Good no frills curling iron
   I got this for my wife. Her feedback is as follows: … Good basic curling iron. Three heat levels. The coating on the barrel helps prevent snags and pulls. The small handle at the top is an ergonomic way to help position the barrel where you want to without burning your finger. Overall, I am happy with this item.

   Works great
   Very easy to use. Heats evenly and quickly, and can be used with or without styling products. I was very happy with it on the first try. The only thing that I wish it had was a travel pouch, but even for at-home use, it’s great. If you style your hair frequently, this is the product to get.
