   Quality of much more expensive devices, just work with the shape
   I have owned this for about 6 months. I looked for many devices of light therapy in the red and NIR range, and wanted to be able to use it for many things, face (skin anti-aging/teeth), shoulders and chest (lung healing), immune system (full body), sometimes back, and more. The same number of lights – quantity and wavelengths, is usually much more expensive (knowing that spending $40 would get me junk, I needed to find quality), so I decided to try this one.With cheap devices, there is no good guarantee of calibration and potency. Even if they report a certain amount of nm/cm2 or joules (irradiance, energy potency emitted), it is not required to meet that within a tight range. This device has the higher potency heading toward the expensive quality devices. So even if it is off a bit, it will still be high enough to be medical grade.It is a winner for value, even though you have to work with the shape. More expensive ones are shaped for specific areas, but I did not want to buy ten different devices. This one can work for all areas, if you are creative.For knees, it is too long to wrap really, unless you curl the long tail backwards, which I have done well enough. Or you can simply lay it across the knee and weight it down on each side (with a can or book for example, or a small weight).For face, I curl back some of the excess length, and then wrap it around my head (with the tail curled outward to not block lights) and lay down (good for start of sleep).. So I thus make a circle or cylinder around my face. Equivalent devices are several hundred dollars.If you want to treat depression or risk of other issues like dementia, get a binder clip, lay the device over your skull, clip in the front as if you were tying a scarf under your chin.For chest / lungs / stomach, lay it flat over your middle, and if sitting, just tie a belt around your waist.For shoulders, simply wrap the entire thing around your front and back high chest area.For back, you can use it either direction, and if using flat lengthwise, you can either lay atop it, or tie a couple of belts around your waist and under arms to secure it for the session.I am very happy with this device. It works to use it many ways, for many size bodies, if you want to get quality at a budget price. Or go spend several hundred for each body-part version for this many lights and wavelengths and irradiance potency…

   The future is red light therapy.
   Been using over 20 years now on major spinal injuries in the cervical and lumbar spine with nerve compression in both areas as well. This product I sleep with it on and helps me drift off almost instantly it’s so relaxing. I love it anal if you got pain you need red light therapy device in the home.

   Jury still out on the product, but fantastic CS
   Bought this for my wife and it worked great, for 6 months then most of the red LEDs quit working. Contacted the company’s (not AMAZON) customer service directly by email, describing the problem and included a picture, as they recommend in their literature that came with the unit. Within 5 days I had a replacement!! We’ll see how long this one lasts. At this point I would only go 3 stars for the product (which could change going forward), but 5 stars for their excellent customer service. So overall I rated it 4.

   Is OK
   Is a good heating pad, I have no idea yet on the long run benefits. My fault that I did not see that it does not has optional heat controls. Just On, Off and 20 Min timer to turn off. Also to use on my back up to my neck, it stick up over my shoulders shinning the bright red lights into my eyes. Going to find one with what I need. It goes back.

   Glad I chose this one
   Started using this for my hands full in sceptical. But believe it or not after a couple weeks it’s actually working. I’m in construction and my hands hurt all day and night but I’ve been using this 20min a day before bed and I wake up with my hands not swollen and able to open them and comes them without pain. Dont just believe me try it and believe for yourself !

   don’t buy used few times and only half lights work and plugs are breaking
   This was a replacement for one that broke and now it is doing the exact same thing. Just not worth the money considering it isn’t working fully anymore and the plug ins are breaking and wires are exposed. and now I have missed time to get an exchange or money back .They replaced it and it has happened again. Now I need help getting it replaced again. A lot of money for something I am afraid to get shocked over due to the cords both being exposed. I would think they would want to fix the problem and not ignore this if it keeps happening

   Great Product!
   As a jumping off point i bought this LLLT belt for fat loss. I am post baby #2 and carrying about 70lbs total I’d like to get rid of. I was looking at the spa Ultraslim red light treatment locally and it cost over 500 bux for 6 treatments across a 2 week span… and was a 30 minute drive. Instead of paying to go get LLLT for fat loss at a spa I decided to try this belt.I messed up and didn’t take measurements but after just two uses (40 minutes on my belly and around my back x2) this is my experience: i ate like crap (it was a holiday weekend) so no positive food adjustments… i went down a row of hooks (1 inch) on my waist trainer from Friday to Tuesday. No other changes were made aside from adding the red light! If anything the junk I ate should have added some bloat. So at least an inch on my waist is gone! … this didn’t translate on the scale but it’s a definite victory for me and getting closer to fitting in my post baby clothes! I’ll update as I continue use*update 1* – I’ve been using this belt every few days for fat loss since july 4th … it’s now july 15th. I haven’t made any other adjustments to my diet or exercise – I’m still working out a few times a week and eating low carb. I’m not seeing giant losses on the scale but I am down 3 sets of waist trainer hooks = 3 inches lost in – 11 days! Woahhh it feels too good to be true!
