Great tape
Strong and sweat doesnât bother it. Great stuff.

Great to wrap a sprained ankle too.
Price was good and used this as it worked well to wrap a sprained ankle – especially while waiting for insurance to clear a brace the doctor ordered for me. I only wish it had come in smaller quantities as I now have left over rolls, but know I can also use it for extra support for joint training too.

Good quality
Great quality and you get multiple rolls of tape for the price of one at my local soccer store.I use it to keep my shin guards in place

Good value but could be stickier
There are a number of good points about this athletic tape. It works well, it’s the right width, its supportive but relatively flexible, the rolls are long, and there are four in a package making it a very good value. The drawback is that, while it works great on skin, it doesn’t stick to itself as well as it should at the end. Even a mild abrasion tends to peel the end of the tape off the layer below leaving one with a hanging tail that isn’t good. I’ve started making one extra round on my son’s hand and wrist for the extra protection and the extra adhesion provided over that length. It’s also best if the tape job is ended at a point that’s less likely to get bumped to prevent that peeling in the first place. I rate a solid 4* and will purchase again while keeping the caveats in mind.

Good tape
Works great for me. Tape my wrists up. It was sore and I need some support to hold it until it healed up.

General Tape for an Important Reason
I didn’t think much of tape in general until one of my boys had a minor injury, a strained MCL, in football. After a clinic visit and an MRI, with the associated costs, I began watching videos on taping for sports. I quickly realized the value of spending a few dollars and minutes to help stabilize and avoid hyperextension of different limbs. The five stars is not specifically for this product but for tape in general. Definitely tape but decide for yourself if you need a better quality for your needs.

You get what you pay for, but adhesion weak
The adhesion to the skin seems adequate. But the tape oddly doesn’t stick to itself, causing it to unravel. This very thin tape also has a tendency to bunch up. The disadvantage of having to cut with a scissors is an acceptable compromise, IMO.I would rate the tape 2 stars, but it is inexpensive and some advantages. I haven’t done athletic taping in many years. Athletic tape used to be a commodity – it was much thicker and stickier than this product, all tapes were about the same. “Sports tape” and “athletic tape” are said to be two different things, one type being stiffer. But this product uses both terms, so there’s no accepted standard worth keeping straight. Kinesiology tape has more stretchiness. What a research project taping has become!

Great value for misc use
This stuff is great for most uses. Around most houses. It’s fine for stabilizing joints with heavy use or an underlinement but I wouldn’t use it as a good wrist wrap (bare-hand bag work etc). It lacks the rigidity that a heavy-duty wrap could give you in 1-2 wraps.
